PeopleTec is currently seeking an Army FMS Program Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.

This is a Program Analyst position supporting an Army Program Office responsible for the management of Foreign Military Sales programs. This position will address the following responsibilities:
Ensure cost, schedule, and performance for the FMS customer are integrated across each line of effort
Tracks and closes out action items from meetings and official SACO Tasks
Develops pricing and availability information in response to Letters of Requests (LOR)
Assists in the development of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) data
Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning
Performs program management, technical, and business case analyses
Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules
Participates as a member of and supports the overall PMO
Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards
Draft presentations in various formats to present results of analysis

Required Skills/Experience:
10+ years of applicable FMS program management experience are desired
Significant knowledge of FMS systems to include DSAMS, IMPART, and GFEBS
Proficient in MS Office product line to include familiarity with Microsoft Project
Significant knowledge of US Army acquisition processes, including DAU Level 1 certification in PM, is a plus
highly organized, flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspense's
Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product
Candidate must be able to travel periodically with trips that may be up to several weeks in length
Excellent written and verbal communication's skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment
Experience in Foreign Military Sales is desired
Travel: Up to 10%
Must be a U.S. Citizen
An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:
A bachelors degree in business administration / management field, or certification as an administrative professional is desired.
