Job Description
The Analytics Director is a new role designed to ensure America Votes partners and states have the insights and strategic guidance they need to run effective, successful programs and campaigns.
The Director will manage a team that wrangles data from field programs, vendors, models, the voter file, and other sources to highlight gaps and inform key decisions. This is an exciting opportunity that leverages America Votes’ unique position as the coordinating hub for independent groups on the progressive side. The ideal candidate knows the difference between what is cool and what is useful and enjoys the challenge of taking messy problems — particularly from the field — and converting them into analytics problems, and then translating insights for a broader audience through internal reports or external facing tools.
This is a management position that reports to the National Data & Targeting Director and is not union eligible.
