Job Title: Salt Hardener

Position type/ expected hours: Full-Time

Shift: 3rd

Live and work where everyone else vacations! Century, Inc.is seeking a Salt Hardener. This position is responsible for prepping and processing steel parts through a heat treat process to meet customer specifications.

• Load and unload furnaces

• Unrack parts after processed

• Ensure that quality requirements are met

• Document completed tasks

• Follow written and verbal instructions

The ideal candidate to join the Century team will possess the following:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude.

• Ability to follow directions written or verbal.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Be detail oriented and possess good organizational skills.

• High level of integrity
