The RJE Coordinator will collaborate with and help support the Chief Officer for Racial Justice and Equity (CORJE) in this work through providing administrative support, assisting with management of priorities, and providing thought partnership to the CORJE. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, well-organized, committed to centering racial justice and equity in our work,and able to work collaboratively on project deliverables, with the ability to manage confidential information.

Help contribute to and track the organization’s progress in its RJE work.

Job Purpose
Serves dual roles as Assistant to the Dean of the School of Business and Director of Budgeting. Directs and coordinates financial planning and resource allocation for the School’s various operating budgets (approximately 100+). Assists the Dean in routine tasks and other projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience in office, business &/or fiscal management. Preferred experience in an academic setting. Accounting experience required. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must possess business management skills involving complex budget planning/maintenance, procurement processes, and inventory control. Develop and maintain a familiarity with LCV’s existing top donors and prospective donors.
Manage updates to individual donor records, portfolios, and prospect assignments within the CRM database.
Work closely with the Development Data and Operations team to manage and execute the policies and procedures around prospect pipeline management and activity.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and enhance skills and abilities and stay abreast of current prospect management trends and research techniques.
Travel up to 10% of the time for staff and department retreats, trainings, and conferences, as needed.

Assistant Health Supervisor General Duties: The Assistant Health Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the health services at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position, in conjunction with health supervisor, provides daily, on-call, and weekly health services for all persons, working in tandem with the wellness supervisor to provide mental, emotional, and social health at camp. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the camp staff team within all aspects of camp program.
Work under the direction of the health supervisor, wellness supervisor, executive camp director, GSCO health supervisor, and camp directors to provide health care for all persons within camp program.
Work under the technical supervision of the health supervisor and a licensed physician who is on-call to provide health advice, support, and services.
Work within the communicable disease plan to ensure safe and healthy practices and measures are taken to help mitigate the spread of illness.
Assist in the weekly and daily health screening procedures and results of all persons.
Prepare and consistently maintain camp-wide first-aid kits. Provide supplies and gear for staff 'self-carry' first aid kits.
Participate in the communication and advice given to staff on accommodations to provide for special medical/health/wellness considerations.
Maintain constant and professional communication with caregivers regarding the health care and services provided to campers.
Provide support in the routine and emergency health procedures in consultation with the health supervisor and executive camp director and in keeping with established guidelines.

Assistant Health Supervisor General Duties: The Assistant Health Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the health services at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. Prepare and consistently maintain camp-wide first-aid kits. Provide supplies and gear for staff 'self-carry' first aid kits.
Participate in the communication and advice given to staff on accommodations to provide for special medical/health/wellness considerations.
Maintain constant and professional communication with caregivers regarding the health care and services provided to campers.
Provide support in the routine and emergency health procedures in consultation with the health supervisor and executive camp director and in keeping with established guidelines.
Provide a comfortable, soothing, and caring health care environment and space for all persons.
Assist in the cleanliness, organization, care, maintenance, and inventory of the health center & medication delivery room.

In this role you will, organize and effectively prioritize multiple competing tasks and have the opportunity to work on fast paced issues which are part of the Governor’s key priorities. Independently coordinate preparation, proofreading, signatures, and packaging of documents, including reports, for manager and Ecology executive management briefing and/or approval.
Complete and process internal and external correspondence, including typing, proofreading/formatting, distributing, and filing documents reflecting agency standards to ensure it is clear and concise.

Required Qualifications: Years of required experience indicated below are full-time equivalent years. Full-time equivalent experience means that any experience where working hours were less than 40 hours per week will be prorated in order to meet the equivalency of full-time. Position Overview and Responsibilities
United States of Care (USofCare) seeks an experienced professional to join our virtual team in the newly created position of Executive Office and Events Coordinator. The Executive Office and Events Coordinator will play a unique role in supporting the CEO and Events Department to advance our mission, elevate our people-centered brand, and amplify our impact.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Coordinator will provide executive and administrative support to the CEO (70% of the role), including managing the CEO’s high volume calendar, scheduling requests, and travel.
