ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION: Direct activities on the job site; they include, but are not limited to coordinating workflow, hands on work, and operating a variety of machinery. Develop a clear understanding of the hourly and cost budgets for each of your jobs. Monitor by reviewing job hours, reports, and job costs regularly and acting as need. Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately. Manage personnel effectively and efficiently. Monitor quality of work by inspecting the job on a continuing basis. Interacts with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction. Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance. Maintain assigned vehicle and/or equipment in good working order. Always maintain a clean and safe job site.   POSITION REQUIREMENTS Familiar with operating all landscape machinery, equipment and trucks and trailers Valid chauffeur license. Experience leading 3–4-man landscape construction crew. Time management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Responsible and dependable. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs., walk long distances, stoop, kneel, crouch, etc. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and exhibit excellent customer service.
