The Dental Director also works collaboratively with the Oregon Health Authority’s Public Health Division and the Health Policy and Analytics Division.
The Dental Director leads the oral health activities and policies, for the Oregon Health Authority and in collaboration with oral health staff across the agency. This work requires compliance with federal and state laws, Oregon Administrative Rules, the principles of health equity, and standards for developing priorities and programs to meet the needs of Oregonians. The Dental Director will promote whole person health and health system integration through efforts of the OHP Medical Leadership team. Alumni Relations
Create ongoing and regular opportunities for community building and support between and among New Leaders and alumni, including the development of both formal and informal supports, to meet leaders where they are and are most likely to seek connection, resources, and development.
Represent the organization at various community and/or organizational meetings, committees, third-party events and conferences, and task forces to promote new and existing programs, policies, and impact data.
Facilitate ongoing professional learning and coaching sessions – including point-in-time learning, series-based workshops, seminars, leadership coaching, and lectures – designed to help educational leaders actively learn how to best address challenges and implement solutions and learn from leaders in the field.
Design and institute a process to match alumni with local mentors to provide support, networking, and guidance around career trajectories.
To increase brand awareness, create and execute the content strategy and vision for the alumni newsletter to improve overall customer perception and satisfaction with New Leaders.
Institute a cadence of regular communication to alumni to encourage participation in upcoming events, highlight opportunities, provide certifications updates and requirements, share new products and services, and celebrate successes within the Alumni community.
Manage content updates, communications and engagement across the alumni network hub, website pages, and social media pages, developing and/or culling those materials as needed.
To increase brand awareness, elevate stories of impact from the alumni audience, identifying specific alum, schools, and school systems that can serve as exemplars of our programming, and working alongside External Relations teammates to identify appropriate distribution channels for impact stories (external and internal conferences, webinars, blogs, case studies).
Design and launch a referral rewards program and alumni-only programmatic pricing to incentivize active ambassadors and direct consumers across the alumni community.
Support alumni career development and placement activities.

Conceptualize, strategize, develop and test new community activation activities, benefits, and partnerships to deliver against the organization’s impact, scale, and sustainability objectives.
Manage cross-functional projects to implement community engagement initiatives.
Assess the impact of community engagement activities on Relationship Quality scores and referral/buying behavior.
Establish and maintain strategic alliances with key partners identifying potential in-roads and connections in service of the organization’s growth, placement opportunities, impact data, and revenue possibilities.

Manage the set up and execution as well as adjustments of the Relationship Quality Scoring System in HubSpot.
Events
Manage the development of a resource bank associated with events; for example, library of best practices, list of content currently available for alumni programming, communication models, project plan templates, etc.
Curate innovative, thought-provoking content for events that educates, attracts new partners, and engages target audiences.
Develop and implement strategies to elevate the brand profile of New Leaders’ events with key thought leaders, existing customers, and potential customers.

Lead the assessment of current internal and external communications and media practices, systems, and processes and the design and execution of new practices, systems, and processes. Develop and track communications performance metrics on a quarterly basis.

Create and manage systems for ensuring consistent and on-brand communications across all direct-service sites

Oversee the Communications team, directly supervising the Communications Manager and supporting their supervision of the Digital Marketing Specialist, the Communications Coordinator, and other team members as we continue to grow the team. Provide ongoing coaching and development and promote a culture of high performance, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Oversee the creation of timelines for all communications projects and establish accountability systems for the completion of major tasks
Work closely with our Development team to ensure strong partnership with funders and supporters. Act as an effective steward of program-restricted resources by managing and monitoring the Communications budget.

Position:
Generation Hope seeks a Director of Human Resources & Administration who will serve as the head of Human Resources and a key member of the Leadership Team. Create systems for regularly gauging the morale of the Administrative team and plan regular activities, including an annual retreat, that keep the team uplifted. QUALIFICATIONS:

WT Education offers a variety of on-site and in-school residencies, camps, classes, and field trip opportunities for young people ages 3-18. Programs encourage collaboration and student-led cultivation of a range of creative and artistic practices. Several offerings promote literacy through arts-integrated learning practices.
In-School Residencies
The Novel Series
THE NOVEL SERIES is a 10-session theatre and literary arts curriculum designed to allow students to explore literature and the artistry of bringing text to life. Students engage in a layered investigation of text and enter a rigorous artistic process that includes deep academic enrichment and meaningful text-to-self and text-to-world connections. Teaching Artists collaborate with classroom teachers to choose a book and create curriculum. Students work in small groups and rotate through CORNERS that focus on vocabulary, writing, and discussion through a theatre-based lens in addition to performance. The corner work is paired with whole- class sessions and culminates in a final presentation of student work.
ACTIVATE Workshops
ACTIVATE is Writers Theatre's wraparound residency designed to deepen students' engagement with the art on our stages. ACTIVATE is designed to prepare for and extend students’ experiences at the theatre through participatory workshops. These pre- and post- workshops investigate contextual information and the major themes in the play working with Teaching Artists in conjunction with the school’s attendance at a Student Matinee on-site at Writers Theatre.
Write On!
Write On! pairs students and teachers with WT teaching artists to create customizable residencies in classrooms, after school programs, and community-based organizations. This highly tailored approach provides dynamic opportunities to explore theatre and text with a focus on creating transformative experiences and on encouraging young people to find their creative voices.
Onsite Learning Programs
Student Matinee Series
WT offers daytime performances for students on select weekdays. Most productions are suitable for grades 7 th and up. Performances are followed by a talkback with the actors. A study guide is provided for each production and in-school pre- and post-show ACTIVATE workshops with a WT teaching artist are available.
Pop-Up Day Camps
Day-long camps (9am-3pm) that occur on select school holidays and days of non-attendance. Young people ages 8-12 are invited to WT for an imaginative day of artmaking and a backstage tour of the theatre
Spring Break & Summer Camp
Designed to encourage young artists to develop their unique voice, our full-day camps pair hands-on, creative exploration of theatre performance, devising, and design with expert educators in our world-class facility. Each camp ends with a final showcase of the campers’ work.
Wake Up Words Family Playtime
The arts come alive at 11am on select Sundays at Writers Theatre. In each free 60-minute session, we pair a story with a different art form for a short performance and follow it with a hands-on activity for the whole family. Activities are designed with ages 3-7 in mind, but all are welcome, including those under 3 years old.
Family Matinee Series
Going to the theatre just got a little bit easier for parents and caregivers. With our Family Matinee Series, you can catch a Saturday matinee while your young ones engage in active creative play with WT Education’s professional teaching artists at an on-site class. WT Education offers a variety of on-site and in-school residencies, camps, classes, and field trip opportunities for young people ages 3-18. Programs encourage collaboration and student-led cultivation of a range of creative and artistic practices. Several offerings promote literacy through arts-integrated learning practices.
In-School Residencies
The Novel Series
THE NOVEL SERIES is a 10-session theatre and literary arts curriculum designed to allow students to explore literature and the artistry of bringing text to life. Students engage in a layered investigation of text and enter a rigorous artistic process that includes deep academic enrichment and meaningful text-to-self and text-to-world connections. Teaching Artists collaborate with classroom teachers to choose a book and create curriculum. Students work in small groups and rotate through CORNERS that focus on vocabulary, writing, and discussion through a theatre-based lens in addition to performance. The corner work is paired with whole- class sessions and culminates in a final presentation of student work.
ACTIVATE Workshops
ACTIVATE is Writers Theatre's wraparound residency designed to deepen students' engagement with the art on our stages. ACTIVATE is designed to prepare for and extend students’ experiences at the theatre through participatory workshops. These pre- and post- workshops investigate contextual information and the major themes in the play working with Teaching Artists in conjunction with the school’s attendance at a Student Matinee on-site at Writers Theatre.
Write On!
Write On! pairs students and teachers with WT teaching artists to create customizable residencies in classrooms, after school programs, and community-based organizations. This highly tailored approach provides dynamic opportunities to explore theatre and text with a focus on creating transformative experiences and on encouraging young people to find their creative voices.
Onsite Learning Programs
Student Matinee Series
WT offers daytime performances for students on select weekdays. Most productions are suitable for grades 7 th and up. Performances are followed by a talkback with the actors. A study guide is provided for each production and in-school pre- and post-show ACTIVATE workshops with a WT teaching artist are available.
Pop-Up Day Camps
Day-long camps (9am-3pm) that occur on select school holidays and days of non-attendance. Young people ages 8-12 are invited to WT for an imaginative day of artmaking and a backstage tour of the theatre
Spring Break & Summer Camp
Designed to encourage young artists to develop their unique voice, our full-day camps pair hands-on, creative exploration of theatre performance, devising, and design with expert educators in our world-class facility. Each camp ends with a final showcase of the campers’ work.
Wake Up Words Family Playtime
The arts come alive at 11am on select Sundays at Writers Theatre. In each free 60-minute session, we pair a story with a different art form for a short performance and follow it with a hands-on activity for the whole family. Activities are designed with ages 3-7 in mind, but all are welcome, including those under 3 years old.
Family Matinee Series
Going to the theatre just got a little bit easier for parents and caregivers. With our Family Matinee Series, you can catch a Saturday matinee while your young ones engage in active creative play with WT Education’s professional teaching artists at an on-site class. About the Role:
Working directly with the company’s VP, Program Management and Operations and company leadership, the Associate Director/Director, Program Management, will help drive the execution of one of Click’s core digital therapeutics (DTx) programs. We’re looking for a Director of Product Management who is passionate about growing a team of talented product managers creating products that improve health outcomes for patients. You’ll lead a team that works closely with design, engineering, and science to develop digital therapeutics that address health conditions millions of people live with every day. About the Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Product Management who is passionate about growing a team of talented product managers creating products that improve health outcomes for patients. You’ll lead a team that works closely with design, engineering, and science to develop digital therapeutics that address health conditions millions of people live with every day. Position Summary

Position Summary
Writers Theatre seeks an enthusiastic, independent, and attentive professional to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director (ED) and Artist Director (AD). Responsibilities
Support for the Executive Director & Artistic Director

- Ability to both work well independently and seek support and points of escalation when needed.
- High level of professional written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information about correspondence, financials, donors, team members, Resolution Fellows, etc. with discretion and good judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Application Suites with a high level of general computer competency.
