Support the MDA U.S.-Israeli Cooperative Program Office (MDA/IP) Manufacturing and Production Product Office (IPG), and other MDA/IP Government Leads, as required. Job duties may include the following production engineering tasks. Monitor and report on co-production activities in the United States and Israel to include the Arrow, David Sling and Iron Dome Weapon Systems. Assist in First Article Inspections (FAIs). Analyze production processes and provide recommendations to increase production efficiency. Assist in Industrial Capability and Manufacturing Readiness Assessments, Production Readiness Reviews, Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Production Line Validation, Acceptance Test Equipment and Procedure Validation, Alternative Manufacturing Process Evaluation, Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs), and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs). Conduct on-site evaluations at manufacturing facilities and report production progress and production issues. Monitor supply chain and report status and issues. Assist in production issue resolution. Review and provide analysis of production data and documentation in support of technical studies. Collect Action Items and deliver Executive Summaries and/or Meeting Minutes for these activities. Assist with weapon system production program management to include schedule analysis, building and briefing chart packages, financial reviews, cost analysis and identification of production "cost drivers". Assist with preparing executive-level briefing packages for MDA senior leadership and other stakeholders. Assist with preparing technical information and briefings for U.S. external stakeholders.

PeopleTec is currently seeking an Intermediate Level Engineer to support our Missile Defense Agency (MDA) International Engineering support operations in Huntsville, Alabama.
The candidate will support the MDA U.S.-Israeli Cooperative Program Office (MDA/IP) Chief Engineer and Chief System Engineer, and other MDA/IP Government Leads, as required.
Duties Include:
Assist in maintaining technical baselines, conduct engineering analyses and help draft technical White Papers
Identify and document engineering issues and recommend possible solutions
