The Green Accountability Project works to strengthen the ability of a diverse range of civil society actors, including in vulnerable communities, to access needed climate policy and finance information, participate in and shape climate-related governance processes and play important roles in influencing climate policy. The Project runs a small grants fund to equip civil society with resources to ensure fruitful engagement with public authorities to improve climate governance. The Green Accountability Project works to strengthen the ability of a diverse range of civil society actors, including in vulnerable communities, to access needed climate policy and finance information, participate in and shape climate-related governance processes and play important roles in influencing climate policy. Working directly with the company’s VP, Program Management and Operations and company leadership, the Associate Director/Director, Program Management, will help drive the execution of one of Click’s core digital therapeutics (DTx) programs. About the Program:
The Green Accountability Project works to strengthen the ability of a diverse range of civil society actors, including in vulnerable communities, to access needed climate policy and finance information, participate in and shape climate-related governance processes and play important roles in influencing climate policy. The Project runs a small grants fund to equip civil society with resources to ensure fruitful engagement with public authorities to improve climate governance. Job Highlight :
You will be responsible for budget and operations for the Center for Equitable Development’s Environmental Democracy Practice, specifically a $4.5 million grant funding the Green Accountability Project.
Your specific tasks will include drafting and monitoring contracts and sub grants, coordinating with international sub grantees on grant reporting, tracking spending, processing payments and expense reports, managing team meetings, and other tasks as assigned.
You will report to the Center for Equitable Development Operations Manager, and the Green Accountability Project Director will direct most of your work.

Grant Management (40%):
Manage project grants and contracts, including ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
Lead the drafting of financial grant reports

Create sub grant and contract agreements with partners and contractors, including processing payments, and amending agreements
Communicate with sub grantees on financial reporting requirements and required progress reports and facilitate resolution of grantee questions

Financial Management (35%):
Oversee daily financial management of project budget

Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, 12-month, exempt Vice President of Instruction (VPI). This position is in the Office of Instruction (OOI). The Vice President of Instruction serves as the senior academic officer of the institution and is responsible for the academic enterprise, including credit and non-credit program development and assessment; teaching and learning assessment, faculty appointment, professional development, evaluation, and tenure processes and development of academic policy and procedures. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a member of the Executive Cabinet.
Implement measures to increase equitable student success.
In coordination with the faculty, develop a strategic academic plan for the College.
Drive change to forecast and shape the academic profile to meet student and industry needs.
Oversee the alignment and execution of relevant and timely non-credit and workforce training.
Supervise instructional staff, including the Associate Vice President of Instruction, deans, and instructional office staff.
Serve as liaison with state and federal entities, accrediting associations, public and private schools, other higher education institutions, community agencies, and business and industry concerning instructional matters.
Monitor and manage expenditures of the instructional budget.
Lead, inspire and ensure faculty commitment to equitable learning opportunities and outcomes.
Ensure staff and faculty represent the diverse student population through equity-centered and data-informed approaches.
Serve as a key College leader in Guided Pathways and serve on the Guided Pathways Strategic Planning team and Guided Pathways Advisory Council.
Guide the work of the Curriculum Committee and Instructional Planning Team to systematically review policies, programs, outcomes, and course offerings.
Provide appropriate training and support for adjunct, probationary, and tenured faculty.
Foster open, inclusive, and candid communication among administration, faculty, staff, and students on matters related to Instruction.
Provide leadership for instructional efforts associated with accountability, outcomes assessment, and accreditation.
Serve as chair or member of designated College committees, councils, and teams.
Provide leadership in accordance with the Mission and Vision established by the College, furthering values, tenets, and priorities of the College.

Girls on the Run® creates and offers after-school empowerment programs designed for third- to eighth-grade girls. Position Summary
The Program Coordinator must possess a passion for and commitment to improving the lives and opportunities of girls in third through eighth grades. The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing the Girls on the Run program through the lenses of inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility, with a primary focus on North County sites. The Program Coordinator reports to the Program Operations Manager and works closely with the Volunteer and Community Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
Program and Site Coordination
Collaborate with other staff to implement the Girls on the Run program strategic plan and achieve program goals concerning the number of participants, number of sites, and demographic requirements
Market program to potential new sites, districts, and afterschool programs per the strategic plan
Liaise with community members, schools, and other groups to coordinate meetings and outreach opportunities
Work with Program Operations Manager to coordinate all new and existing sites
Support Program Operations Manager with managing team needs once on-boarded
Enforce all current site policies and procedures and generate innovation and improvement as needed
Plan and coordinate site visits
Coordinate with Program Operations Manager to purchase needed materials
Support Program Operations Manager to manage inventory of all materials
Volunteer Management and Training
Work with Volunteer and Community Manager to ensure all program sites are staffed with qualified volunteer coaches, assisting with coach recruitment as needed

The Internal Auditor II provides senior level staff advisory, consultative, and audit work to include the preparation of audit programs and independent review of various functions, policies, and programs for soundness, adequacy, and application. The position ensures resources are efficiently and effectively employed, operating in compliance with the Institute of Internal Auditors International Standards and brings a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving governance, risk management and internal control in the achievement of business objectives.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a flexible and primarily remote schedule. A minimum of one day a week working in-office will be required.
Responsibilities & Duties
Auditing
Drive internal audit initiatives, special projects, and improvement initiatives.
Design and implement key metrics.
Evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the systems of internal control of ongoing operations
Perform detailed review of work files.
Review audit responses and action plans developed by the auditee/management.
Conduct periodic audit follow-up reviews to assess and report on progress or completion of management’s corrective actions.
Conduct other audit and compliance activity, such as internal investigations, as assigned.
Prepare internal audit and consulting reports for completed engagements for Director of Internal Audit review.
Design and Implement Internal Controls, Strategy, Policies, and Procedures
Implement and promote internal audit policies and standards.
Define and implement audit methodology procedures, tools, etc.
Align audit activities with internal audit strategy, goals, and objectives.
Design and review audit work programs, testing strategies, and detailed testing procedures.
Assist in defining and managing content for the internal audit manual.
Develop and review engagement scope and objectives.
Contribute to the development of the internal audit training program; work with supervisor to establish training goals.
Risk Management
Actively participate in all phases of risk assessment and annual audit planning and execution.
Assist in the annual system-wide Enterprise Risk Management risk assessment cycle
Staff Advisor
Provide first level of review on audit issue and report write-ups completed by internal audit staff.
Provide mentoring and coaching to internal auditor staff and compliance auditors (analysts).
Communication & Relationship Management
Effectively communicate with internal audit staff, Director of Internal audit, and Alliance management.
Build relationships with key constituents and serve as a resource of professional advice, as appropriate.
Build and nurture key management and business relationships
Manage external relationships – external auditors, regulators and consultants.
Communicate the results of audit activities via written reports and oral presentations to auditee management when needed, to other specified stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or other appropriate area from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of seven (7) years’ auditing experience, or experience related to the field, including three (3) years in managed care or government in a compliance or audit capacity;
or
Master’s degree in accounting, business administration or other appropriate area from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of five (5) years’ auditing experience, or experience related to the field, including three (3) years in managed care or government in a compliance or audit capacity.
Contract review and/or delegation experience is strongly preferred
