THE ROLE:
NextGen America is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People Operations team. You will be responsible for supervising the recruiting team and will lead the recruitment process for assigned roles from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, arranging interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you understand HR best practices and bring innovative ideas, which are essential for creating a dynamic and efficient hiring process. SALARY INFORMATION:
The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $85,000. The final base salary will be determined by various factors, including individual qualifications and internal parity, which will be objectively assessed during the interview process.
