The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga County is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Behavioral Health Prevention Specialist position.
Behavioral Health Prevention Specialist:
Under the supervision of the Director of Prevention and Children’s Behavioral Health Programs, assists with planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral health prevention programs for both children and adults residing in Cuyahoga County. Assists in the planning, development, and sustaining of a recovery-oriented system of care.

The ADAMHS Board offers a competitive salary and outstanding benefits package. We also offer a hybrid work schedule, allowing employees to work two days from home and three days in the office each week following the completion of the probationary period.
The salary for this position is $67,000.

The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga County is responsible for the planning, funding and monitoring of public mental health and addiction treatment and recovery services delivered to the residents of Cuyahoga County. Under Ohio law, the ADAMHS Board is one of 50 Boards coordinating the public mental health and addiction treatment and recovery system in Ohio.
The Board is a quasi-independent part of county government, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board contracts with provider agencies to deliver services that assist clients on the road to recovery.
