Position Overview
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Medical Director with an Illinois Physician and Surgeon License with a specialty in Psychiatry. Board Certification is required to provide medical leadership and oversight of the psychiatry services provided at the Chester Mental Health Center in Chester, Illinois. Essential Functions
Serves as Medical Director for Chester Mental Health Center.
Serves as full-line supervisor.
Develops, plans for and monitors implementation of ancillary medical services, including dentistry, optometry, Electroencephalogram (EEG) and all contractual medical services.
Directs, designs and implements policies, procedures and verifies compliance with all accrediting regulatory agents.
Provides psychiatry services by examining, treating and monitoring individual patients’ medical needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a valid State of Illinois Physician and Surgeon License.
Requires American Board Certification in the job-related medical specialty of psychiatry.

Requires ability to pass the IDHS background checks.

The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Clinical Psychologist in Pekin, Illinois to conduct complex placement evaluations of forensic cases referred from courts under Unfit to Stand Trial (UST) and Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) statues and conducts evaluations of Department of Human Services (DHS) inpatients referred for maximum security placement. This position will arrange for inpatients and outpatient treatment of adult and juvenile cases and conduct evaluations of DHS inpatients referred for maximum security placement. Position Overview
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Clinical Psychologist in Pekin, Illinois to conduct complex placement evaluations of forensic cases referred from courts under Unfit to Stand Trial (UST) and Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) statues and conducts evaluations of Department of Human Services (DHS) inpatients referred for maximum security placement. This position will arrange for inpatients and outpatient treatment of adult and juvenile cases and conduct evaluations of DHS inpatients referred for maximum security placement. The Clinical Psychologist will meet with the Director of Metro Forensic Services to provide written and verbal recommendations on placement evaluations conducted in jails, detention centers and correctional facilities and prepare and submit forensic reports, documents and correspondence relevant to placement evaluations and patient monitoring and tracking, to the Metro Forensic Director.
Essential Functions

Assists with the planning and implementation of Forensic training and educational events.
Provides Forensic outpatient fitness restoration services including fitness education and preparation of fitness evaluation and processes report for the courts.
Performs other duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires current license as a Clinical Psychologist by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Job Summary:
The Animal Care Crew Senior Manager oversees the Animal Care Crew Program at The Marine Mammal Center’s Sausalito hospital. This position acts as a conduit and advocate for information sharing for the Animal Care Crew Program and Veterinary Science Program ensuring continuity of animal care across the 28 different animal care volunteer teams (crews) and Animal Care Crew Management (ACCM) staff at the Sausalito main hospital, and adherence to protocols as set by the veterinary and husbandry teams.
Essential Functions:
Program Management: 30 %
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of animal husbandry in alignment with the objectives and strategic priorities of the Hospital Operations program.
Work in collaboration with the clinical team (RVTs and DVMs) to ensure that proper protocols and animal care duties are adhered to across animal care crews.
Create, implement, and manage animal care policies and procedures in coordination with hospital operations.
Acts as a conduit of information between Animal Care Crew Team, Clinical Team, Animal Care Volunteers, and other staff in various areas of the organization to bridge the gap between volunteers and staff, as well as between day and night shifts to ensure continuity of animal care.
Provides leadership in strengthening internal communication within the Animal Care Crew Team, Animal Care Volunteers and other staff through the planning and implementation of regular opportunities to provide information transfer between crew shifts and the prioritization of frequent and transparent communications across all forms; creates and promotes a positive and supportive work environment.
Provide training to experienced volunteers in advanced animal care procedures.
Leads, coordinates, and supports Sausalito based animal care crew events and programs as needed.

Position Overview
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as an Associate Medical Director for the Elgin Mental Health Center. The Associate Director will monitor, supervise and coordinate the clinical psychiatric and medical support services program for the Elgin Mental Health Center in Elgin. This position will serve as a subject matter expert in the planning and delivery of psychiatric medical services to patients served at the center. The Elgin Mental Health Center provides treatment for release and restoration of the people we serve. It is a place of hope for the healing of mind, body and spirit where many find health and happiness again.
Job Responsibilities
Serves as Associate Medical Director for the Elgin Mental Health Center.
Serves as full-line supervisor.
Serves as primary resource person in directing the analysis and review of clinical and psychiatric consultations to physicians.
Serves as a subject matter expert in the planning and delivery of psychiatric medical services within the Elgin Mental Health Center.
Coordinates and determines the need for outside medical consultants.
Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a valid State of Illinois Physician and Surgeon License.
Requires an American Board Certification in the job-related medical specialty of psychiatry.
Requires two (2) years of medical practice experience in a field of medicine that is related to the clinical/psychiatric medical program.
Preferred Qualifications
Five (5) years of professional experience monitoring and directing a clinical psychiatric medical support services program.
Five (5) years of professional experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, standards of care and long-range objectives for improving/enhancing systems to optimize services to patients.
Five (5) years of professional experience performing quality assurance assessments on medical services and treatments provided to patients and/or individuals.
Five (5) years of professional experience supervising staff in the medical field.
Five (5) years of professional experience communicating with both internal and/or external stakeholders daily on medical services.
Two (2) years of professional experience conducting analysis and review of clinical and psychiatric consultations.
Two (2) years of professional experience recommending changes to treatment plans for improving/enhancing services to patients.
Two (2) years of professional experience as a physician working with concepts and practices in Psychiatry.

Responsibilities The staff attorney will be responsible for maintaining a varied poverty law caseload that will focus on housing, family law, and administrative law matters and other substantive areas as assigned by the Regional Director. The attorney will handle all aspects of legal representation including client contact, pleading preparation, research, file maintenance, working with support staff, and hearing and trial work. Qualifications Competitive candidates will have 1- 2 years of civil or criminal litigation experience, court clerkship experience, or clinical experience, are current members of the Oregon State Bar or can gain admission through reciprocity. Proven interest in and commitment to advocacy for the legal rights of low-income and other vulnerable populations. Demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, good judgment, initiative, and willingness to work as a team. Bilingual in English and Spanish, or another language spoken by our client population, preferred but not required. Salary/Benefits Compensation is based on a 35-hour work week. Salary range is $66,200 – 73,700 for 0-5 years’ experience; $75,200 – 81,200 for 6-10 years’ experience and $82,700 - $105,200 for 11-30 years’ experience annually; salaries are determined by relevant work experience and our Collective Bargaining Agreement. Additional $4,300 to $5,700 annually for bilingual ability, depending on proficiency. Position Overview

Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to a doctoral degree in psychology from a recognized college or university supplemented by two (2) years' professional psychology experience. For candidates not possessing these qualifications, a master's degree in psychology from a recognized college or university is a minimum requirement. If the minimum educational requirement is met, five (5) years' qualifying professional psychology experience may be substituted for the doctoral degree in psychology and two (2) years' experience. May require licensure as a Clinical Psychologist by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire an Illinois licensed Internal Medicine medical professional to provide medical leadership and oversight of the medical services provided at the Mabley Development Center in Dixon. The Mabley Developmental Center serves a broad spectrum of individuals with behavioral and medical needs.
Job Responsibilities
Serves as the Medical Director for the Mabley Developmental Center.
Serves as full-line supervisor.
Monitors and evaluates the delivery of medical, dental, and rehabilitation services.
Serves as a consultant to staff physicians.
Provides technical medical training and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Serves as member of the Facility’s Executive Committee and other facility standing and ad hoc committees.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires an Illinois license to practice medicine and an American Board of Medical Specialties certification or its equivalent in the medical specialty of Internal Medicine.
Requires three years substantive medical administrative experience in directing, planning and evaluating a medical/clinical program.
Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) years of professional experience working with professional health services, disciplines and program support functions which must be coordinated in administering a comprehensive medical health program.
Three (3) years of professional experience managing and evaluating the delivery of medical care, treatment and services.
Three (3) years of professional experience as a physician working with concepts and practices in internal medicine.
At least three (3) years, preferably five (5) years, of professional experience recommending changes to medical service programs.
Three (3) years of experience providing technical medical training and assistance to internal and/or external stakeholders.
Three (3) years of professional experience communicating with both internal and/or external stakeholders daily on medical services.
One (1) year of professional experience performing quality assurance assessments on medical services and treatments provided to patients and/or individuals.
One (1) year of professional experience supervising staff in the medical field.
Conditions of Employment
Requires ability to work after business hours, weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.
