The Director of Leadership and Advocacy (DLA) promotes the leadership development of participants and champions their engagement in creating a more equitable, just community. The DLA designs and implements an organization-wide strategic plan for community organizing, leadership development, policy and advocacy efforts, and partnership development that supports the mission and values of Adelante Mujeres and specifically addresses the areas in which Adelante Mujeres is most engaged (immigrant and environmental justice, education, small business development, and health equity).
