The Department of Ecology is hiring an Enterprise Portfolio Manager (IT Project Management – Senior/Specialist) within the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO).
Location:
Headquarters Office in Lacey, WA .
Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.
Schedule:
This position is eligible for telework and flexible schedule options.
You may telework most of your work time with occasional in-person meetings and activities.
Position is overtime exempt and may require an adjusted schedule and/or work in excess of 40-hours-per-week occasionally to meet deadlines.
Occasional travel, typically local or regional, may be required to meet with clients, conduct business, or attend or provide training.

Duties
In this senior role as the Enterprise Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and guiding the agency’s Information Technology Portfolio Management (ITPM) program. You will have the opportunity to support strategic IT investments across a diverse portfolio—including more than 220 applications, infrastructure assets, and multiple program portfolios—contributing directly to the agency’s mission to protect Washington’s environment.
This role brings together strategic thinking, cross-team coordination, and practical portfolio oversight. You’ll help align technology initiatives with business needs, encourage transparent planning, and support thoughtful resource allocation. The work is meaningful and varied: you’ll address complex topics such as legislative impacts, risk awareness, and process improvement, while collaborating with executive leadership, IT managers, and external partners.
What you will do:
Guide and support the continued development of the agency’s enterprise-wide Information Technology Portfolio Management (ITPM) program, including shared vision, governance, and alignment with agency goals.
Coordinate the agency’s enterprise information technology portfolio by overseeing existing investments and helping prioritize new ones. This includes ITSO’s portfolio, eleven environmental program portfolios, and the portfolios for Administrative Services, Fiscal, and Human Resources.
Maintain and improve portfolio management standards, processes, templates, and tools, including project intake, technical review, prioritization, and resource capacity planning.
Provide senior-level guidance to executive leadership, IT managers, and project teams as they build and maintain a strategic portfolio roadmap and service list that reflects agency needs and goals.
Serve as the agency’s primary legislative partner for ITSO, coordinating bill review, compliance needs, and communication with key partners.
Mentor and support IT professionals and managers on portfolio management practices, policies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Administer annual technology certification requirements and act as a liaison for IT-related reasonable accommodation requests, ensuring inclusivity and compliance.
Serve as the Technical Change Manager for IT teams, helping assess the impacts of changes, anticipate infrastructure updates, and identify documentation needs.

Required Qualifications:
Eight years of experience and/or education related to the duties of the position, which includes the following:
IT Leadership – At least one year of experience leading IT professionals or consulting as a technical lead
Strategic IT Alignment – Demonstrated ability to connect agency goals to technology work to ensure long-term, mission-focused planning.
Portfolio Management – Demonstrated ability to apply advanced project portfolio methods to organize, prioritize and oversee IT work to maximize value and impact.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Demonstrated ability to collect, review and interpret data to support transparent decisions about IT projects and resources.
Collaborative Planning – Proven track record working effectively with leaders, technical teams, statewide partners and program staff to support coordinated planning and problem solving.
Risk Management – Demonstrated ability to identify issues early, assess impacts and help teams develop realistic strategies to avoid or reduce risk.

Education involving a major study in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or closely related field.

Special Requirements/Conditions of Employment:
This position requires training to keep consistent with industry best practices. Leadership works with industry leaders to forecast changes in information technology and lists required training in this position’s yearly Performance Development Plan (PDP). Staff within this division are provided two (2) hours per week for training. It is expected that this position will take what is learned in their training and apply it to their daily work.
Desired Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree with a focus on computer science, project management or related field.
Four years of portfolio management experience managing a large multi-program/division enterprise portfolio.
Certification as a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification.
Knowledge of Monday.com and Jira (or similar enterprise-wide portfolio management system).

Position Summary
Hope House Colorado (HHC) is hiring Early Learning Behavior Specialist, referred to internally as the ELC Behavior Specialist. The ELC Behavior Specialist will collaborate with Early Learning Center (ELC) staff and the ELC leadership team to promote healthy social-emotional interactions and provide responsive care for children enrolled in the ELC. The behavior therapist will provide in classroom support working collaboratively with ELC teaching staff, to provide individualized support for children as well as provide social-emotional skills-based groups for children to enhance emotional regulation and positive peer interactions. The Behavior Specialist will identify areas of growth and exemplify positive behavior support and techniques to support children’s social emotional development including but not limited to direct teacher support, staff training and coaching, support of the whole family and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans.
What you’ll be doing
Work with and equip diverse teaching teams to build positive relationships with children and their peers, facilitating an environment that promotes each child’s healthy social and emotional development.
Identify patterns of behavior of teacher/child interaction through use of data assessments, and classroom observation to find areas of growth.
Work with teaching teams to understand and appropriately respond to children’s emotional needs; including implementing positive research-based techniques that provide positive support to enhance emotional regulation skills to decrease challenging behaviors.
Collaborate with the ELC leadership team, teaching team and families to develop Positive Behavior Support Plans to support a student’s social emotional needs.
Collaborate with staff to create warm, nurturing Trauma-informed, responsive environmental settings.
Provide in-classroom coaching to teachers around positive behavior support strategies for the classroom and individual kids.
Provide training to ELC staff around positive behavior supports, trauma-informed environments, and/or other relevant topics related to classroom management and behavior support for children.
Work with the treatment team of Early Interventionists and ELC Leadership to support children and families ensuring appropriate plans are implemented to ensure goals/expectations are met in the classroom, at home and through transitional placements.

Hope House Colorado (HHC) is hiring Early Learning Behavior Specialist, referred to internally as the ELC Behavior Specialist. The ELC Behavior Specialist will collaborate with Early Learning Center (ELC) staff and the ELC leadership team to promote healthy social-emotional interactions and provide responsive care for children enrolled in the ELC. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License

Job Summary
The Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will report to the Sr. Director Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The Director will led agency-wide REDI (Respect, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) programming and action priorities that aim to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace culture among all CRS staff and locations. Roles and Key Responsibilities
Support the Sr. Director DEI to establish REDI programming and strategic priority that boldly drives change towards a positive impact and a high quality consistent global colleague experience.
In partnership with the Sr. Director DEI, set up and monitor progress on global REDI multi-year objectives and metrics to ensure steady organizational progress against established goals.
Oversee the execution and implementation of REDI action priorities and multi-year strategy in alignment with CRS’ overall mission. Collaborate with HR leadership team, as needed, to promote diverse and inclusive recruitment, selection, onboarding, retention and professional development strategies for CRS staff and leaders
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to advise and contribute to diverse hiring and inclusive onboarding best practices.
Serve as an internal consultant to HR managers and managers across the agency on D&I related issues and concerns
Serve as a mentor and consultant to REDI team staff and Community Engagement Specialist.
Collaborate with marketing and communication team to ensure REDI communications are available in different languages and our internal communications that reflect the company DEI goals and values. Actively partner with the MarComm team to develop, design and set up colleague facing REDI communications. Ensure that there are regular updates and communications, including a dedicated web page to support D&I related communications and trainings
Liaise with Country Program HR Managers to understand the diversity challenges facing the country programs and to help put processes in place to ensure CRS field offices are diverse and inclusive and in accordance with appropriate country-specific gender and minority goals
Lead D&I-related education, communication and events to ensure that all staff understand D&I concepts and the value they bring to the organization
