Position Summary:
To support the DSO in managing the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (LLPA) dive program including training, supervision, operation, and administration. The ADSO will be trained in all aspects of the Dive Safety Manager Position, and act in the role during the Dive Safety Manager’s absence .
Qualifications:
Three (3) years of work experience in Aquarium, Scientific, or Commercial Diving.
Certification: Minimum professional level SCUBA certification of Instructor.
Certification: PSI Visual Inspector and Valve Maintenance Repair Technician preferred.
Certification: Gear Maintenance Technician- OTS and Atomic preferred.
Certification: First Aid Instructor- Diving First Aid for Professional Divers (DFA Pro) preferred.
Certification: Dry Suit Diver preferred.
2-4 years of experience as a staff or volunteer in an Aquarium setting.
Experience with Federal OSHA and AAUS dive standards.
Experience with Tethered Diving, Full Face Mask Diving, Surface Supplied Air Diving, and Underwater Communications Systems is strongly preferred.
Experience working with or supervising Volunteers.

Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, permanent classified IT Customer Support – Entry position. This position is a part of the IT Client Services division and directly supports Clark College faculty and staff by providing IT customer support, identifying technical issues, answering help desk calls, and working with fellow IT technical staff in improving the technology environment at the college. Act as the first point of contact for incoming technology requests.
Perform front line duties by answering help desk calls, questions from walk-in clients and opening tickets in the college helpdesk application.
Route tickets to the proper desktop technicians, network engineering, and application management IT members as needed.
Perform IT inventory procedures and assist with the distribution of technology equipment.
Assist in managing the college's teleconferencing technologies.
Ensure continuous customer support and contact with customers.
Escalate critical system interruptions with IT incident response personnel.
Create a safe, bias-free working environment, which engenders respect for differences.
Perform related duties as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:

Associate’s degree.
Two (2) years’ work experience in the following areas: Answering technical assistant calls, logging tickets, and walking clients through technical issues.

Using diagnostic tools in the repair of hardware and software.
Installing, testing, and configuring Microsoft Windows workstations. Experience creating and modifying Active Directory users and groups for administrative access to network shares and printer queues.

Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, permanent classified IT Customer Support – Entry position. This position is a part of the IT Client Services division and directly supports Clark College faculty and staff by providing IT customer support, identifying technical issues, answering help desk calls, and working with fellow IT technical staff in improving the technology environment at the college. Act as the first point of contact for incoming technology requests.
Perform front line duties by answering help desk calls, questions from walk-in clients and opening tickets in the college helpdesk application.
Route tickets to the proper desktop technicians, network engineering, and application management IT members as needed.
Perform IT inventory procedures and assist with the distribution of technology equipment.
Assist in managing the college's teleconferencing technologies.
Ensure continuous customer support and contact with customers.
Escalate critical system interruptions with IT incident response personnel.
Create a safe, bias-free working environment, which engenders respect for differences.
Perform related duties as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
Candidates will be evaluated based on application materials, including the supplemental questions and personal interview(s), and will be required to demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
Associate’s degree.
Two (2) years’ work experience in the following areas: Answering technical assistant calls, logging tickets, and walking clients through technical issues.
Repairing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting computers, software, and peripherals (printers, monitors, scanners) in a network environment.
Using diagnostic tools in the repair of hardware and software.
Installing, testing, and configuring Microsoft Windows workstations. Experience creating and modifying Active Directory users and groups for administrative access to network shares and printer queues.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

This position pays $30/hour plus $1.25 shift differential and works an overnight shift: **7:00 PM– 7:00AM. (Thursday, Friday Saturday and - Every Other Wednesday schedule) and offers overtime potential based on business needs.
What you will do with us:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on all plant equipment
Validate processing equipment in a sterilization environment.
Participate in installation of new equipment, and maintenance of the electrical system
Performs general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
Conduct scheduled safety and maintenance inspections
Maintain a spare part program
Respond to off-shift maintenance calls on a rotating on-call schedule
How you will learn your role:
Review work instructions along with vital policies and procedures
Take part in on-the-job training, overseen by your Hiring Manager
Demonstrate ability to meet the requirements of the job
You will be a great fit if you can:
Pass a background check and drug screen
Show a minimum of 1-3 years related experience in positions demonstrating knowledge of mechanical maintenance, and/or HVAC systems, and/or electrician experience
Demonstrate the ability to follow safety rules and be safety aware at all times
Demonstrate the desire to learn, be productive and contribute to the team
Demonstrate reliability and dependability
Successfully complete the company Operator training to become certified as an Operator-AND-pass Operator recertification tests annually
Lift up to 50 lbs. - due to the physical nature of the job, requiring strength and endurance (Must Pass the initial physical capacity evaluation test and annual physical)
Education Degree:
High School Diploma or GED
