Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day culinary operations Coordinate food and kitchenware orders Check freshness and quality of ingredients Preparing and portioning recipes prior to service Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line Being able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds Standardize recipes and plate presentations Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests Wash dishes and sanitize stations Qualifications: Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, and/or Italian kitchens desired Passion for food and cooking techniques Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude Strong leadership qualities and a self starter Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Communicating clearly, professionally and respectfully Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availability and holidays We offer an excellent training program, growth potential, employee recognition, and close connections with a flat hierarchy.
