Responsible and accountable for coordination and integration of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policies (DOTMLPF-P) issues and solutions within the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT), with other force modernization proponents, and with the Army Capabilities Integration Center. Provide Transition and Transfer (T2) analysis support required of all Army BMDS elements.Tasked for the refinement, update and coordination of the AN/TPY-2 Forward Based Mode (FBM) Integration Working Group material. Resolve issues and action items generated from deployed AN/TPY-2 FBM sites within the Pacific and European Theatres of operation.Establish and promote collaborative efforts between Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) to enhance operational effectiveness and minimize duplicity. Conduct, research, analyze and document DOTMLPF-P assessment issues in response to SMDC Command and Staff direction.Initiate and participate in, MDA BMDS Test activities to ensure Army DOTMLPF-P equities and requirements are adequately addressed in test plans, procedures, and hardware/software requirements.   Required Skills/Experience: Experience with analysis of DOTMLPF products, Materiel Developer plans, Warfighter strategic plans and communications.
