This work is carried out across Covenant House sites in 31 cities in the US, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.  Primary Function of Position The VP Human Capital Management (HCM), Processes & Analytics is responsible for the development of continuous process improvement, problem-solving, root cause analysis, systems administration, act as vendor liaison, provide end-user training, and to ensure systems are aligned with company initiatives and optimal performance is maintained. The VP HCM, Processes & Analytics will also manage HR related reporting metrics. The VP HCM, Processes & Analytics will report to the SVP HCM.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, payroll reports, surveys, exit interviews, employment records, labor statistics and other sources. Prepare reports of data results, identify and recommend solutions, goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes. Manage permissions, access, personalization and system operations and settings for all HR platform users. Conduct HRIS training to HR teams and managers, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Automate and create processes for onboarding, termination, and managing data to ensure accuracy. Manage all monthly invoices and payments for all participating Covenant House sites. Manage and ensure accurate employee deductions in the benefits portal, reconcile against invoices, ensure timely wire transmittal to carriers.  Manage termination data for exiting employees in HRIS and carrier platforms; submit enrollment or termination forms to carriers; including maintenance of existing/new HRIS codes/tables, plan rates, etc. for participating Covenant House entities. Manage and track COBRA participation and payments including sending updated correspondence to employees and providing rate changes to COBRA vendors as needed. Review and confirm Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit retirement plans data files as necessary for accuracy. Verify postings of the monthly employee contributions for all participating sites via on-line retirement reports and address/resolve discrepancies with vendor and site. Assist with the benefits enrollment and annual Open Enrollment and Health/Wellness fair. Assist with audit and compliance activities such as non-discrimination testing and regulatory reporting e.g., ACA and Form 5500). Reconcile/audit all invoice rosters including tracking and recording of check payments while ensuring payment of premiums to the carriers and resolve invoice discrepancies as needed. Act as a backup to the HCM Generalist on activities related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and other HR responsibilities.  Partner on and lead HR projects as needed. File annual EEO-1 survey data for all sites and corporate. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience handling the full recruitment life cycle. Experience developing and implementing training programs.  Proven expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and management. This position is responsible for:  Managing the overall design, maintenance and ongoing administration of our ETO database, including build-out and refinement of programs and data collection forms (“touchpoints”) in the system Providing training and technical assistance to sites and ensuring site staff are properly utilizing the ETO database Facilitating shared learning across the CHI network to promote best practices that can improve data collection, accuracy, and staff engagement Helping to design and promote standardized performance measurement and quality assurance protocols  The Manager will be highly skilled in electronic data collection and management, specifically with experience using the ETO system in a nonprofit or human services setting with a large user network.
