Growing Home transforms lives through dual generation work Nurturing Children, Strengthening Families and Creating Community. Growing Home’s cornerstone project is the place based Blocks of Hope initiative (in southwest Adams County), targeting early intervention and wrap around programs and services. Other programs and services include a small emergency shelter for families, transitional/affordable housing, rent assistance, a client choice food pantry, a Parents as Teachers home visitation program, a collaborative pop-up medical clinic, life skills classes, holiday projects and a school supply give away. Growing Home is an impact oriented organization focused on scaling up smart solutions and combining direct services and advocacy to affect change.
