Overview SRI International is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the headquarters in Menlo Park, CA. Under general supervision, will perform physical and clerical mail, shipping and receiving duties to handle all incoming and outgoing packages/materials. Responsibilities Responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in the mailing, receiving, sorting, storing, and distributing of mail, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Back up shipping clerk Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Load and unload trucks. Accurately logs and tracks deliveries using a computer tracking system. Maintains quality systems compliance. Process equipment surplus including removing hard drives and batteries. Break down and set up equipment. Operate postage meter machine Manage business reply and freight charges Manage classified delivery and shipment Key all inbound receipts Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Requires one to two years of related experience. Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm on site. Must have US Citizenship, with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Other Requirements: Ability to execute data entry. Ability to work standing 5 plus hours a day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work safely and incident free. Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical-thinking skills. Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships. Overview SRI International (formerly Sarnoff Corporation) is looking for a Wafer Fab Process Engineer to support the Diffusion / Furnace process area within the Microcircuit Emulation Center, manufacturing  microcircuits (integrated circuits). Through SRI's Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) and Advanced Microcircuit Emulation (AME) programs, the Microcircuit Emulation Center supplies form, fit, function, and interface replacements for obsolete microcircuits. This capability supports production, redesign, and sustainment requirements for the life of a weapon system. SRI’s Microcircuit Emulation Center is a government-supported, U.S.-based Trusted foundry. This role is located at our Princeton, NJ facility. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be an experienced Diffusion / Furnace process engineer in the semiconductor industry and responsibilities will include:   Hands-on process engineering experience to support low-volume, high-product mix microcircuit manufacturing and development Sustaining, improving, and optimizing current processes to support operations Working with process engineers to integrate and develop processes for existing and future technologies to enable yield improvement, defect reduction, improved reliability, and future technology development Working in cross functional teams (Integration, Design and Layout, etc.) to address process issues Data collection, correlation, interpretation, and presentation of information to management and co-workers  Creating and maintaining operational and safety documentation for all processes and methods being performed Working collaboratively with staff across organization, including Management and Operational engineers Qualifications BS degree in chemistry, physics, material science, or an equivalent field Wafer Fab processing engineering experience in Diffusion process area is required (minimum 3 years) Due to Government requirements candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Demonstrated analytical and systematic teamwork approach to troubleshooting Other Requirements Experience working with Sandvik (MRL) and/or Expertech CTR furnaces is desired Process integration knowledge and experience is advantageous Computer programming skills are desired Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; must be able to converse with people at all levels in the organization Be a self-starter with great attention to detail and strong organizational skills Working Conditions Working in a clean room environment for a significant part of the workday Performing flexible shift work when required The salary range is: $75,727 - $107,891. Salary ranges for this role will vary and are based on several factors, including market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles.
