Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.

Wellness Supervisor General Duties: The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and management of mental, emotional, and social health services at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position is responsible for providing daily, on-call, and weekly wellness services for all persons, working in tandem with the health supervisor to provide whole body health at camp. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the camp staff team within all aspects of camp program.
Work with health supervisor, assistant health supervisor, executive camp director, GSCO health supervisor, and camp directors to provide wellness care for all persons within camp program.
Assist in the weekly and daily health screening procedures and results of all persons.
Communicate and advise staff on accommodations to provide for special medical/health/wellness considerations.
Maintain constant professional communication and partnership with caregivers regarding the mental and emotional health care and services provided to campers.

Program Responsibilities
Provide wellness, mindfulness, 'Popsicles of Positivity', and team building programs, with a focus on self-care, positivity, kindness, empathy, and JEDI practices.
Assist with the implementation of general camp program for campers during overnight, troop day, and family camp sessions.
Camper Leadership & Supervision
Provide care and supervision for all cases of mental illness, emotional support, neurodivergent persons, and special considerations of campers.
At all times, act 'in loco parentis' regarding the wellness services for all campers in overnight camp sessions.
Accountable for assuring campers receive quality wellness health care.
Support & counsel campers in daily living, camp activities, and developing peer relationships.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Formal Training
Higher education at college/university or equivalent professional experience.
Must have current OR willingness to obtain the following certifications: First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Mandated Reporter, Universal Standard Precautions, Medication Administration, WFA/WFR.

Experience within the mental health care industry.
Experience working as a social worker (i.e. previous or current licensed social worker), school counselor, personal life coach, special education teacher, or equivalent work experience.

Position Description
America Votes is currently seeking a Development & Grants Assistant to join our diverse and high performing Development & Grants team. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development & Grants Assistant serves as the backbone of department operations by ensuring all administrative processes are in place to execute the department's work. This includes, working closely with other departments to ensure compliance needs are met, assisting with contribution tracking and acknowledgement, supporting donor communication needs, and other related projects as assigned. This is a temporary position, ending on March 31, 2025.

Responsibilities
Support Grants Manager in working with finance and legal teams to ensure grantees have submitted necessary documentation for tracking.
Provide additional support on tracking and summarizing grantee reporting for internal and external communications.
Coordinate with the political department and state staff to gather information for regular funder updates on overall program execution.
Support the productions of various donor communications including research, content collection, copy-editing, etc.
Support the executing of in-person and virtual donor briefings (including slide administration and management).
Provide dedicated administrative support for fundraising principals, to include assistance with scheduling, meeting prep, and other logistical needs.
Manage the EveryAction platform, covering all data entry and system maintenance.
Maintain all contribution related information including invoices and contribution instructions.
Manage a weekly "state highlights" report summarizing key developments from target states.
Support the logistics of State Summit sponsorships deliverable collection and provide additional assistance as needed.
Attend fundraising events, meetings, and gatherings as needed.

Position Description
America Votes is currently seeking a Development & Grants Assistant to join our diverse and high performing Development & Grants team. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development & Grants Assistant serves as the backbone of department operations by ensuring all administrative processes are in place to execute the department's work. This includes, working closely with other departments to ensure compliance needs are met, assisting with contribution tracking and acknowledgement, supporting donor communication needs, and other related projects as assigned. Support Grants Manager in working with finance and legal teams to ensure grantees have submitted necessary documentation for tracking.

Support the productions of various donor communications including research, content collection, copy-editing, etc.

The Lead Floor Technician is responsible for performing special project work that includes floor care as well as some other detailed cleaning jobs. Locates residential and commercial water meter for assigned addresses; records meter readings for billing purposes using both manual and automated equipment methods.
Delivers water service notifications to customers with delinquent accounts; terminates water service for nonpayment as directed.
Investigates customer complaints; communicates results of investigation to customers.
Inspects meters for possible source of leakage and determines severity of leak; determines responsibility for leak issue; replaces or makes minor repairs on leaking, damaged or improperly functioning residential and commercial meters.
Uploads and downloads routes for billing purposes; prints route reports; creates and closes work orders related to field activity.
(Specialist II) Coordinates activities with the Customer Service Billing Department to ensure accurate and timely utility billing and service order completion; operates and maintains assigned vehicles; ensures daily safety and general vehicle appearance checks; schedules preventative maintenance service; prepares and maintains a variety of records, logs, work orders, and/or other related documentation.
(Specialist III) Serves as a Lead to lower-level meter reading staff, which includes prioritizing and assigning work; trains staff on work methods and procedures; ensures staff abide by all JCSA safety protocols and mandatory training; reviews meter reading routes, determines the most efficient reading pattern and performs the most difficult corrections or revisions; conducts field readings of residential and commercial meters and logs results utilizing established guidelines; evaluates the best method of research and then exercises appropriate judgment in establishing priorities and resolving complex matters; considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Requirements:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
Must possess, or be able to obtain within 30 days, a valid Virginia driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record based on James City County’s criteria.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including setting and meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Skill in use of computer software, especially Microsoft Office Suite; effective verbal and written communication skills.
