Job Description

PeopleTec is currently seeking a NIE/JWA Liaison to support our operations in Fort Bliss, TX.

Serve as the Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) and Joint Warfighter Assessment (JWA) liaison for the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) with duty at Ft. Bliss, TX while ensuring FCoEs objectives and initiatives for each NIE and/or JWA are incorporated within each phase of the agile process. Additionally, perform engineering and analyst activities, as required, for net-centric projects which may include planning, analysis, design, integration, testing, verification, validation, documentation and report writing as per the customers' requirements.

Job Functions:

  • Ability to plan, coordinate and lead in-progress reviews, technical working groups and advisory boards, as required.
  • Create data analysis plans, as required, to implement based on customer requirements and event objectives.
  • Develop an event support package ensuring the appropriate technical capabilities are integrated into each event.
  • Attend and actively participate in face-to-face meetings, planning sessions, teleconferences, video teleconferences and provide feedback / updates to the customer from each support requirement.
  • Adapt knowledge base and understating of various Counter-UAS systems based on event-driven requirements and serve as the customers SME for related capabilities represented within each NIE / JWA event.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status updates to the customer and supported agencies.
  • Serve as the lead ORSA for the customer.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years working with the Joint Modernization Command (JMC) at the field grade or above level.
  • Multiple years military experience including work related to Counter-UAS and Fires Capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards.
  • Ability to interact effectively with peers, supervisors and the public when necessary.
  • Ability to adhere to workplace rules.
  • Experience working with Department of Defense agencies.
  • Experience working with Link-16 Command and Control systems.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Experience working on doctrine products.
  • Travel Required: 10%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Candidate must currently have an active Secret security clearance and be able to maintain this clearance level during employment.


Required Education:

A minimum of a completed Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is required.
