PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Indianapolis, IN operations
The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support within a fast-paced program office. Duties will include schedule planning and deconfliction, travel planning, audio and video teleconference monitoring, correspondence generation and review, VIP-level visit planning and coordination, and periodic report compilation. The ideal candidate will have proven administration skills, excellent communications skills, and an outstanding attention to detail.
A completed Undergraduate degree in English, communications, public relations or human resources is preferred.
