The Social Media Coordinator assists in the execution of the Aquarium’s social media marketing and communication efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies and social media content to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to the Aquarium website. The communications senior coordinator will support CRCL’s communication and public relations activities. The communications senior coordinator will play a central role in planning and hosting the 2025 State of the Coast conference, the largest gathering of its kind in Louisiana. Secondarily, as a member of the communications team, the coordinator will help create content for and manage the organization’s website and social media; contribute to marketing and development campaigns; help generate digital and print products, including newsletters; and track and analyze data to inform communication activities. The coordinator will also be a member of the communications team of Restore the Mississippi River Delta, a five-organization campaign that includes CRCL. The strongest candidates will bring creativity as well as strong organization skills.
The communications senior coordinator will work closely with the executive director, partner organizations and other staff members in planning and executing the State of the Coast conference, focusing largely on the conference logistics and framework. This conference will be held over three days starting in late May of 2025. The coordinator will work with colleagues, contractors, partners and participants to ensure the conference is useful, engaging, effective and well organized, with communications planning, graphic design, website and app development and overall workflow coordination as the primary focuses.

Job Summary
The Advancement Services Program Coordinator is the operational lead and an integral member of the energetic and collaborative Drexel University Institutional Advancement (IA) team at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children (SCHC). The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team and running the office under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Development. Essential duties include but are not limited to preparing stewardship letters and emails, pulling donor reports, processing gifts, assisting with community facing events (i.e. Carnival and Reach Out & Read), handling donor inquiries, managing team files, preparing meeting collateral, serving as onsite face of the development team, maintaining the department’s operations calendar, scheduling meetings and donor visits, organizing design for SCHC focused solicitations and marketing pieces, and liaising with the central IA Advancement Services and Engagement colleagues. This position provides direct support to the Assistant Vice President, Development and will work closely with the leadership at SCHC and the Drexel IA Health Sciences team on building out a database of potential support for the Hospital.
This position retains high levels of integrity when entering and maintaining alumni, patient, and donor records across Advancement and EPIC systems; accurately processes cash-related payments and gifts received by SCHC; and responds timely and accurately to requests for information. This position will be based at SCHC with onsite working expectations 4 days a week. SCHC is a vibrant and active working environment with professional staff on-site daily.
Essential Functions
Manage the donor database for SCHC, including biographical information, gift records, and records of contact.
Setup and run automatic updates.
Verify, enter, and maintain biographical information in databases from a variety of sources including surveys, mailings, address change services, email, and staff.
Accurately record gifts to the Hospital in accordance with Institutional Advancement policies and guidelines; assure gifts are applied based on the donor’s intent; proper data compliance and donor privacy protocols.
Create funding allocations and accounts and work with the hospital administration and staff to ensure proper accounting and spending.
Prepare accurate and timely receipts, pledge reminders, and financial and donor reports as needed.
Prepare monthly revenue and contact reports for the unit.
Work closely with the Advancement Services system team to incorporate into the broader IA gift reporting.
Serve as lead coordinator developing and maintaining project and systems documentation related to data and gift processing, in coordination with central IA.
Respond to staff and donor inquiries by following departmental service guidelines.

Enter contact reports into database for the Assistant Vice President for Development.
Manage the proposal intake process and enter proposals into the database, as directed by Assistant Vice President for Development.

Girls on the Run® creates and offers after-school empowerment programs designed for third- to eighth-grade girls. The national nonprofit helps participants recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others. How? Through the innovative integration of fun physical activities, life-skills lessons, and impactful community projects. The research-based curriculum led by trained volunteer coaches explores core topics relevant to eight to 13-year-old girls, including understanding emotions, fostering friendships, expressing empathy, and standing up for ourselves. Our trained coaches and research-based curriculum create a sense of belonging for all participants and meet the vital needs of girls today. The program includes a Community Impact Project and culminates with a celebratory 5K. Since its inception in 1996, Girls on the Run has served more than 2.25 million participants in all 50 states and Canada. Girls on the Run San Diego was founded in 2006, serving over 11,000 participants.

Position Summary
The Program Coordinator must possess a passion for and commitment to improving the lives and opportunities of girls in third through eighth grades. The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing the Girls on the Run program through the lenses of inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility, with a primary focus on North County sites. The Program Coordinator reports to the Program Operations Manager and works closely with the Volunteer and Community Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
Program and Site Coordination
Collaborate with other staff to implement the Girls on the Run program strategic plan and achieve program goals concerning the number of participants, number of sites, and demographic requirements
Market program to potential new sites, districts, and afterschool programs per the strategic plan
Liaise with community members, schools, and other groups to coordinate meetings and outreach opportunities
Work with Program Operations Manager to coordinate all new and existing sites
Support Program Operations Manager with managing team needs once on-boarded
Enforce all current site policies and procedures and generate innovation and improvement as needed
Plan and coordinate site visits
Coordinate with Program Operations Manager to purchase needed materials
Support Program Operations Manager to manage inventory of all materials
Volunteer Management and Training
Work with Volunteer and Community Manager to ensure all program sites are staffed with qualified volunteer coaches, assisting with coach recruitment as needed
Coordinate and facilitate coach training sessions, alongside Program Operations Manager and Volunteer and Community Manager
Enforce all current coaching policies and procedures while maintaining a positive approach
Work towards meeting goals and metrics on volunteer requirements and the number of volunteers
Ensure volunteer satisfaction through customer service, stewardship, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment both written and verbal
Support the Volunteer and Community Manager in implementing and executing the internship program and junior coach program
Marketing, Communications, and Outreach
Aid in the creation and management of the social media and communications calendar
Assist with monthly e-newsletter creation and dissemination
Manage listserv databases
Work with other program staff to create and distribute the coach update each week during a season
Work with other program staff to create and distribute monthly volunteer newsletter
Identify and attend community outreach opportunities and events
Other Duties
Work with staff and board to set the program budget, develop the strategic plan, and carry out other duties required for nonprofit governance
Manage all coach files, sites files, and other program-related paperwork

Work Environment
The ability to work from home is required - all employees must have access to reliable, high-speed internet and the ability to participate in video conferences from a remote location

Hispanics Enjoying Camping, Hunting, and the Outdoors (HECHO) was created in 2013 to help fulfill our duty to conserve and protect our public lands for future generations. In 2017, HECHO became a program of the National Wildlife Federation (NWF) through a unique and mutually beneficial partnership built upon values of inclusion and equity and a commitment to elevating underrepresented perspectives as part of our conservation missions.
HECHO provides a platform for Hispanics to contribute knowledge and perspectives about public lands conservation issues, enhance leadership capacity of Hispanic leaders, and promote Hispanic cultural heritage and connections to nature. While our focus is on the protection of public lands in the American Southwest, our work has a national scope and impact. To achieve our mission of empowering Hispanic leaders to engage their communities in the conservation of our nation’s public lands, we are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to work in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Northern or Central Virginia (d ue to COVID-19 all employees are working remotely until we make return to work decisions ) .
Initially reporting to HECHO’s Executive Director, the HECHO Communications Manager is responsible for crafting the overarching narrative of HECHO’s work and ensuring that narrative is told and understood by the public. The Communications Manager will develop compelling messages, uplift strong messengers, and use targeted communications vehicles to support our advocacy and education campaigns. This person will serve as HECHO's lead communications staffer on all issues and will work closely with the National Wildlife Federation’s communication department, HECHO’s advisory board members, HECHO’s Hispanic Conservation Leadership Council, and HECHO and other NWF staff to develop successful communications campaigns, projects, strategies, and tasks. The Communications Manager will also work closely with an HECHO Communications Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of a comprehensive communications strategy for both English-language and Spanish-language audiences, including an editorial and social media calendar, to authentically engage HECHO’s target audiences and to advance HECHO’s policy, advocacy, and education priorities.
Oversee the implementation of the comprehensive communications strategy with the Communications Coordinator.
Prioritize communication strategies that advance diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, and that lift up the voices of Hispanic leaders and communities.
Oversee the strategic use of HECHO’s digital media (including HECHO’s website, Facebook and Twitter accounts) by creating and executing innovative social media campaigns.
Regularly write educational and editorial content in English and Spanish including press releases, blog posts, fact sheets, issue briefs, letters, op-eds, and newsletters.
Serve as HECHO’s media liaison and place stories in print, radio and television news outlets, and ensure excellent working relationship with reporters covering public lands and conservation issues. Serve as a good resource for reporters on background info and connection to story sources.

Qualifications:
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Initially reporting to HECHO’s Executive Director, the HECHO Communications Manager is responsible for crafting the overarching narrative of HECHO’s work and ensuring that narrative is told and understood by the public. The Communications Manager will develop compelling messages, uplift strong messengers, and use targeted communications vehicles to support our advocacy and education campaigns. We are looking for a Senior Coordinator, International Communications and Media, to join our international team in Washington, DC . For the past thirty years, the National Wildlife Federation has worked internationally to protect wildlife habitat in key regions of the tropics. The goal of our international work is to eliminate tropical deforestation and human rights abuses driven by the production of globally traded agricultural commodities (soy, beef, leather, palm oil, cocoa, pulp and paper).
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the communications and multi-media work associated with a project that aims to reduce deforestation and habitat loss driven by the expansion of cattle production in Brazil and Paraguay. You will work closely alongside NWF’s International team and Communications team to develop and implement communications plans, conduct outreach to journalists and media, produce written content, develop stakeholder engagement materials, manage social media accounts and microsites, and help contribute to the overall success of the project.
In this role you will:
Work closely with NWF staff and partners to support efforts aimed at reducing deforestation and habitat loss associated with the production and sourcing of cattle from the Brazilian Amazon, Brazilian Cerrado and Gran Chaco of Paraguay.
Work closely with NWF staff and partners to produce and publish stakeholder engagement materials that make compelling business-oriented arguments that support deforestation-free and conversion-free (DCF) commitments and implementation by meatpackers and other key actors in Brazil and Paraguay.
Engage with journalists and media in the U.S., Europe, Brazil and Paraguay to elevate and expand the reach of our work, including writing journalist notes, pitching stories, coordinating interviews, press releases, sponsored content, op-eds, etc.
Produce written content and lead the assembly of stakeholder engagement materials (blogs, factsheets, reports, infographics, videos, etc.), including writing, copyediting, photo/video selection, layout, design and publication.
Oversee the updating, posting, and tracking of metrics across our international social media accounts and issue-based microsites.
Liaise with NWF’s domestic communications, online operations, and digital departments.
Represent NWF during calls, meetings and events with partners and external stakeholders.
Provide support for grant reporting and help track grant deliverables.
Carry out general administrative and operational tasks to help ensure the success of the project.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent writing and communication skills. Requires complete fluency in English.
Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese

To advance our mission, we are seeking a Design and Engagement Coordinator to join our staff, working out of the Rocky Mountain Regional Center in Denver, Colorado.
We envision a world where every young child experiences nature daily. Our team has been working with communities for years to transform and activate their daily spaces as sources of nearby nature. By improving outdoor spaces through thoughtful landscape design and training early childhood professionals on the benefits of nature play, ECHO employs a nature-based health equity strategy that improves access to the benefits of nature for children and their caregivers that have the greatest barriers to high-quality outdoor spaces. To ensure our work continues its reach and impact, a Design and Engagement Coordinator is needed to collaborate with our multi-disciplinary design, education, and engagement team to implement the program’s overarching initiatives.
The Design and Engagement Coordinator will report to the ECHO Design Manager. This is a full-time position.
The Design and Engagement Coordinator will collaborate with the team to develop landscape designs, supplemental materials and graphics, and support other programmatic needs. Design will focus on outdoor spaces where young children and families spend time on a daily basis: primarily child care centers, but also including schools, libraries, parks, museums, community centers, hospitals, neighborhoods. The position will be expected to apply evidence-based, best practice design principles to a variety of site contexts and create developmentally-appropriate, custom design solutions driven by the programmatic needs of the clients and site users. The candidate should be able to communicate design concepts and ideas through hand sketching, graphics, and rendering skills, have a strong attention to detail, have excellent organizational skills, be flexible, and have strong technical skills (grading, construction knowledge).
In this role you will:
Support design work including preparation of base maps, schematic designs, planting plans for sites including child care programs, schools, parks and other spaces used by young children and families.
Collaborate with the team to develop content for and deliver community presentations, training and professional development offerings for educators, and various community engagement workshops and activities.
Develop opinion of probable cost calculations and phasing recommendations.
Communicate with clients including setting up meetings for site visits, design reviews, and design delivery presentations.
Support coordination of site visits, perform site analysis, conduct site measurements and photo documentation. This will include locating and verifying available site data from multiple sources, evaluating existing conditions, and conducting detailed photographic mapping.
Support facilitation of participatory design workshops and the annual Summit.
Plan, procure materials for, and assist with volunteer workdays.
Provide ongoing construction technical assistance to site representatives (on call support).
Support project management and collaborate to ensure progress towards design delivery timelines and goals.
Prepare supplemental material for grant reports, including charts, diagrams, and booklets.
Maintain archival systems for photographs and other design components and refine systems as needed to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications:

To advance our mission, we are seeking a Design and Engagement Coordinator to join our staff, working out of the Rocky Mountain Regional Center in Denver, Colorado.
We envision a world where every young child experiences nature daily. Our team has been working with communities for years to transform and activate their daily spaces as sources of nearby nature. By improving outdoor spaces through thoughtful landscape design and training early childhood professionals on the benefits of nature play, ECHO employs a nature-based health equity strategy that improves access to the benefits of nature for children and their caregivers that have the greatest barriers to high-quality outdoor spaces. To ensure our work continues its reach and impact, a Design and Engagement Coordinator is needed to collaborate with our multi-disciplinary design, education, and engagement team to implement the program’s overarching initiatives.
The Design and Engagement Coordinator will report to the ECHO Design Manager. This is a full-time position.
The Design and Engagement Coordinator will collaborate with the team to develop landscape designs, supplemental materials and graphics, and support other programmatic needs. Design will focus on outdoor spaces where young children and families spend time on a daily basis: primarily child care centers, but also including schools, libraries, parks, museums, community centers, hospitals, neighborhoods. The position will be expected to apply evidence-based, best practice design principles to a variety of site contexts and create developmentally-appropriate, custom design solutions driven by the programmatic needs of the clients and site users. The candidate should be able to communicate design concepts and ideas through hand sketching, graphics, and rendering skills, have a strong attention to detail, have excellent organizational skills, be flexible, and have strong technical skills (grading, construction knowledge).
In this role you will:
Support design work including preparation of base maps, schematic designs, planting plans for sites including child care programs, schools, parks and other spaces used by young children and families.
Collaborate with the team to develop content for and deliver community presentations, training and professional development offerings for educators, and various community engagement workshops and activities.
Develop opinion of probable cost calculations and phasing recommendations.
Communicate with clients including setting up meetings for site visits, design reviews, and design delivery presentations.
Support coordination of site visits, perform site analysis, conduct site measurements and photo documentation. This will include locating and verifying available site data from multiple sources, evaluating existing conditions, and conducting detailed photographic mapping.
Support facilitation of participatory design workshops and the annual Summit.
Plan, procure materials for, and assist with volunteer workdays.
Provide ongoing construction technical assistance to site representatives (on call support).
Support project management and collaborate to ensure progress towards design delivery timelines and goals.
Prepare supplemental material for grant reports, including charts, diagrams, and booklets.
Maintain archival systems for photographs and other design components and refine systems as needed to ensure efficiency.
Develop content for and create flyers, posters, printed resources, online marketing and presentations.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge).

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Director of Digital Strategy and our consultants to execute LCV’s advertising and lead-generation strategies, giving feedback on content and helping to direct creative. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Director of Digital Strategy and our consultants to execute LCV’s advertising and lead-generation strategies, giving feedback on content and helping to direct creative. Primary goals include expanding LCV’s email marketing and mobile audience, diversifying the demographics of LCV’s online community, project managing digital advertising campaigns, managing relationships with vendors, and lifting up the LCV brand in the digital space. Responsibilities :
Coordinate advertising campaigns across social media platforms, display and search, and media outlets.
Work across the organization to help pilot programs aimed at building a more racially diverse online community to reflect the climate movement and work together on issue advocacy campaigns.
Set up a portion of ads in-house using tools like Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.
Assist in identifying and developing dynamic creative that engages and mobilizes LCV’s existing activist base, and reaches new audiences, including communities of color.
Project manage the majority of our lead generation work with consultants on direct-to-donate and donor acquisition campaigns.
Work with our cross-departmental data teams to efficiently and accurately track our membership growth, reengagement, and donor work. Lead tracking and reporting to measure the success of online campaigns.
Serve as the primary point of contact at LCV for all data-sharing collaborations such as joint actions with our state partners and other allied organizations and lead the entire process from start to finish.
Manage list buying efforts.
Carefully track budget for list acquisition.
Assist the Chispa Digital Campaigns Manager, Associate Member Programs Manager, and the Youth Digital Campaigns Manager in their respective online growth campaigns.
Work with the Government Affairs and Community and Civic Engagement departments to help project manage campaigns to meet grant requirements and drive campaign messages.
Actively apply a racial justice and equity lens to LCV paid online communications under their purview, with an increased emphasis on member education of issues, environmental or otherwise.
Find ways to support and lift LCV’s brand in the digital space and expand our messaging on racial justice and equity priorities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Work Experience: Required - At least 2-4 years of professional experience in paid media, online advocacy, or digital marketing. Experience writing, creating, and/or curating compelling content. Experience with lead generation and campaigns built for conversion both organically and through paid advertisements on a wide variety of platforms. Experience tracking budgets and using data-driven methods to measure the success of campaigns. Experience working in Facebook Business Manager and Google ads. Experience with project management. Preferred - Experience in a nonprofit, political organization, agency, or campaign. Experience with SEM, eCRM, Salesforce, SEO, or analytic experience. Experience with NGP VAN.
Skills: Required - Forward thinking, innovative and creative mindset who understands and is enthusiastic about the urgent need to build a stronger base of diverse online supporters; excellent communicator and copywriter with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions; able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment; enthusiastic team player. Preferred - Familiarity in Adobe CS programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with Salesforce and analyzing data to draw actionable insights.
