This position provides cyber risk, compliance, and security expertise in areas such as software development, access and control methodologies, operations, continuity planning, and the entire system life cycle. This position assists in ensuring that business security requirements are accurately reflected in technical specifications and that the department has appropriate security integration throughout all systems development. This person will have a key role in the analysis and evaluation of security design, development, testing and implementation of complex security infrastructures.
The person in this position may serve as a chief architect, analyst, or consultant for ongoing security related activities. The goal is to provide appropriate access to and protect the confidentiality and integrity of ODHS and OHA information in compliance with federal/state regulations, agency security policies and standards and contractual obligations. The person in this position will assist the Chief Information Risk Officer in the overall security of ODHS and OHA information systems, networks, and business continuity planning. This person is a security consultant for information security issues and incidents. This person will provide technical guidance for the development and implementation of departmental security policies and procedures. This person may also be required to develop and review security requirements for initiatives and projects. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position serves within the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation, Community Parks and Conservation Division, Land Conservation and Stewardship Section. In this role, you will serve as Alternate State Liaison Officer to the National Park Service (NPS) to administer the federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Program and the Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership (ORLP) Program. These federal programs provide financial assistance to Pennsylvania municipalities interested in pursuing an outdoor recreation acquisition or development grant. You will be responsible for developing policies and procedures that govern program implementation. Work includes developing and recommending statewide goals, objectives, and priorities; ensuring program consistency with any applicable state and federal requirements; and conducting evaluations of the program and preparing reports of findings and recommendations. This position also manages state and federal grants for outdoor recreation and conservation, and implementation of statewide projects and special initiatives, and ensures compliance with requirements for lands acquired or developed with state and/or federal funds to be used for recreation, park and conservation purposes in perpetuity. Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 5 days per pay period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Three years of professional experience in parks, recreation, or natural resource conservation administration, planning, or development; and a bachelor’s degree in parks and recreation, landscape architecture, environmental sciences, city, regional, urban, or environmental planning, or a closely related field; or

What is an On-Call Maintenance Specialist? The Maintenance Specialist Assists in the care and maintenance of assigned property in an on-call and year-round basis.
This role also works with the entire camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. Camp Facility Responsibilities
Assists with property security practices & procedures.
Assists in the care for and maintenance of camp facilities, grounds including roads & fences, property & program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
To help reduce the level of risk, ensures that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and helps prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
Responsible for performing various skilled trade tasks for facility maintenance and construction projects.
Cross Functional Work
Supports care of livestock, providing feeding, and daily chores.
Assists with the delivery of equipment, machinery, luggage, and various materials when needed.
Deliver emergency support during on-site incidents.
Provide and support safe and healthy practices.
In coordination with the camp team, facilitate camper program delivery, check-in & check-out procedures, orientation, and other operational logistics.
Assist with the management of site and program equipment, including storage, care, inventory, and maintenance.
Provide additional support as necessary to facility staff, camp team, kitchen, and housekeeping staff members.
Administration
Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.

What is an On-Call Maintenance Specialist? The Maintenance Specialist Assists in the care and maintenance of assigned property in an on-call and year-round basis.
This role also works with the entire camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. Additionally, this role supports the hospitality, operational, program, health, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.

Assists with property security practices & procedures.

To help reduce the level of risk, ensures that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and helps prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.

What is an On-Call Membership Specialist?
The on-call Membership Support Specialist supports the recruitment and retention of Girl Scout volunteers and members through program delivery and logistic support of recruitment events.
They are responsible for attending community-based events where they will promote Girl Scouts, answer questions about the program, and facilitate basic activities. What is an On-Call Membership Specialist?
The on-call Membership Support Specialist supports the recruitment and retention of Girl Scout volunteers and members through program delivery and logistic support of recruitment events.
They are responsible for attending community-based events where they will promote Girl Scouts, answer questions about the program, and facilitate basic activities. This position will collect contact information for prospective members and volunteers and connect them with the local Program and Membership Experience team.

As the Digital Campaign Action Specialist, known internally as the Global Campaign Mobilization Specialist, you play an integral role in supporting global and regional campaigns through the management of the action app, a web-based application which enables supporters to take digital campaign actions. You will work closely with the Global Campaigns team to set up impactful actions that contribute to campaign victories, and you will develop and carry out a plan for mobilizing supporters around the world, including regional segmentation and supporter-building initiatives. You will also lead, train, and support OWA members in their use of the action app.
You are ideal for this position because you have excellent technology skills and attention to detail, which will enable you to effectively leverage our in-house advocacy platforms. You are familiar with social media and possess the organization and communication skills needed to mobilize OWA member organizations. This position reports directly to the Senior Global Corporate Campaigns Manager.
This is a temporary, full-time, remote position . The temporary hire will provide coverage while a permanent staff member is on leave. The Colorado Energy Office leads and coordinates climate action for the State of Colorado. Since 2020, the Energy Office has seen significant growth in the number, size, and breadth of programs it operates to support the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions to benefit all Coloradans. This growth has been the result of nation-leading legislation in Colorado to create new policies and programs, as well as significant and historic investments at the Federal level through the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
This position is a key ally for the leadership of the Energy Office and the teams working across the office on innovative programs to reduce emissions and serve the people of Colorado. The Operations team is a crucial resource for the program teams as they apply for, administer, and report on both federal and state funding and grants. The Operations team is seeking a detail-oriented team player who can support program managers and Directors throughout the Energy Office in their work, particularly with new federal grants from the IRA and IIJA.
The ideal candidate will enjoy spending time in a big spreadsheet, like budgets to reconcile down to the last penny, and look forward to being the trusted budget advisor for the talented and passionate team at the Energy Office. This role will work daily with staff running programs ranging from transportation electrification, to weatherization for low income Coloradans to carbon management and geothermal. Our office is in downtown Denver, but we offer a flexible workplace with work from home/work from office options, and the possibility of a permanently remote position anywhere in Colorado.
Support CEO’s program teams in managing Federal grants- Review all federal grant opportunities, provide analysis and recommendations
Coordinate and submit federal budgets & budget modifications for federal grants
Work with Sr Budget Analyst to ensure federal budget or budget modifications coordinates with the officewide budget
Use PAGE federal grant reporting system to help project teams administer federal grants-
Prepare and submit annual budgets, budget changes & updates
Quarterly financial and performance reports
Annual & semi annual Davis Bacon Act and other reports as needed
Reconcile grant expenditures, revenue, and receivable each month
Work with Accounting to correct general ledger coding
Calculate and reconcile monthly federal grant cash draws
Collaborate with project staff across the Energy office to prioritize and manage competitive grant applications
Identify grant opportunities that may be relevant to CEO
Track and alert program staff when a competitive grant is due
Manage CEO Indirect federal grants budget and payments to Gov Office
Assist Gov Office in calculating Indirect cost for the Long Bill
Assist Gov Office to negotiate the Indirect Cost Rate with federal cognizant agency
Manage the budgets for all federal grants
Work with Program staff and Directors to develop and balance grant budgets
Ensure budget meets grant requirements (ie admin, payroll, etc)
Monitor and communicate grant expenditure progress
Calculate and book carryforward spending authority
Manage allowability of grant expenditures (grant requirements)

Maintain CEO Payroll Distribution forecast
