LCV is hiring a Data & Evaluation Director serving the Community and Civic Engagement (CCE) department, as well as the state LCV affiliates, who will, where permitted by law, utilize data in the voter file to determine which voters and members of the general public are likely to be engaged on environmental issues, and maintain voter file information that permits the organization to educate the public and motivate supporters to become active civic participants. Chispa , a program of LCV, works to ensure that Latine communities and leaders have a strong voice in the movement for climate justice and within the environmental movement and influence the environmental policies and decisions that impact our health and environment. Based in the Community & Civic Engagement department, Chispa has programs in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, and Texas.
Responsibilities:
Generate, manage, and track voter actions taken and volunteer lists for CCE programs.
Serve as a point of contact for state league partner organizations with questions around CCE 501(c)(3) mobilization programs, including nonpartisan voter registration and get out the vote (GOTV) data.
Support the Campaigns Department with state support around CCE 501(c)(4) mobilization programs, including voter registration and get out the vote (GOTV) data.
Assist state league partners in establishing 501(c)(3) program and targeting goals, including identifying and coordinating opportunities for program data analysis.
Manage state league 501(c)(3) data requests and provide data management assistance to state league partners, as needed, including nonpartisan voter registration, VAN, EveryAction, and get out the vote (GOTV) data.
Assist with cross-departmental data analysis, targeting, and training.
Manage relationships with voter file, data, analytics and technology vendors, and serve as a liaison to other organizations that LCV and LCVEF work closely with on data-related issues.
Establish clear vendor standards and expectations with regard to performance deliverables of the EveryAction platform and toolsets.
Clean data and prepare lists to upload and export into the database(s) and Civis.
Maintain records describing the quality and quantity of available data.
Create reports providing strategic insight for the CCE team about our volunteer base and voter contacts.
Assist in designing voter outreach and volunteer retention experiments.
Analyze demographic and socioeconomic trends in membership, volunteer, and voter data and recommend measures to expand stakeholder diversity.
Explore opportunities to import and export data into DDX across the organization.
Analyze racial, gender and economic justice impact of government policies and programs on organizational stakeholders and population at-large.
Travel up to 10% for staff retreats, training, conferences and professional development opportunities, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: Required – 5 years or 3 election cycles of experience in data management on issue or electoral campaigns, or with organizations focused on voter contact, data management or data analytics. Must have worked in at least one data management role in a campaign setting. Expert-level experience with VAN, MiniVAN or other voter contact tools. Experience with creating and managing relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL. Experience with responding to data requests, troubleshooting problems, and providing data-driven strategic guidance to multiple internal and external stakeholders in different geographic locations. Experience with designing, delivering and organizing data skills or data management training. Experience with creating regular reports highlighting key metrics for internal and external stakeholders. Preferred – Experience with or interest in randomized-controlled experiments. Experience with how modeling is utilized in campaigns. Experience with a statistical programming language such as R, Stata, SAS or SPSS; Experience with Python or GIS.
Skills: Required – Strong data management and analysis skills; demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings and concepts to non-technical audiences; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work; highly motivated, curious and collaborative; Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Position Description
America Votes is seeking a Get Out The Vote Director for a full-time, 2024-cycle position in the following states: AZ, FL, GA, MI, NC, OH, PA, WI. The Get Out The Vote Director plays a key role in the advancement of the progressive movement in the state, including supporting the growth, strategy, and effectiveness of coalition direct voter contact programs. The Get Out The Vote Director will lead the America Votes Coalition partners and their planning and program implementation for the final phase of the 2024 electoral campaign. We seek an individual with a combination of technical and political skills to join the growing team to manage these services and work with state partner groups and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to forge strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to fostering trust and respect with partner organizations. This position will also support program implementation and reporting across the state coalition, including working directly with America Votes partners and allies in the state to facilitate best practices and the incorporation of research-tested tactics. Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead the work related to Get Out the Vote, Early Vote, Vote-by-Mail, Same Day Registration, and related election administration as applicable to the state. Support special projects for the mobilization phase of the work including campus programs, ballot initiatives, and other state-specific campaign projects.
Partner Support : Support coalition partners through the development of campaign plans (electoral, voting rights). This may include providing technical and organizing assistance for individual partner organizations or groups of partners , responding to programmatic requests, and supporting the implementation of winning strategies. Work with the state data director to support data needs of partner programs. Portfolio may include some tools supporting direct voter contact programs.
Support Coalition Management : Work with the state team on tracking and coordination tools to support the implementation of Get Out the Vote programs across tactics and partners. Support and create content for reports and deliver presentations to diverse sets of stakeholders, sometimes on short timelines.
Direct Voter Contact Program Support : Support coalition campaign work on field tactics implementation (like canvassing), including supporting the integration of best practices and universe coverage. Facilitate creative solutions to challenges related to electoral and issue campaigns. Support electoral and advocacy program implementation across partner organizations including script development and program timing and support some partners in using VAN (Voter Activation Network). This work includes planning, implementation and post-program assessment and may include developing systems or updating existing systems to manage the information, advance training, and strengthen the integration of best practices in the work. Position Description
America Votes is seeking a well-organized self-starter for a full-time position as the Arizona Program Manager. The Arizona Program Manager plays a key role in the advancement of the progressive movement and winning elections in the state. This person will support the America Votes team in Arizona with information gathering and partner coordination on some of the most exciting progressive electoral and issue work taking place in the state. The position works directly with the America Votes team, as well as dozens of progressive partners across the state, in the planning and execution of electoral and advocacy campaigns, the coordination of field programs, and the utilization of best practices to ensure quality plans and maximize our collective efforts. This position is ideal for someone who has some work experience in direct voter contact, is eager to learn, and has a passion for helping others do their best work, loves canvass programs, and is excited about the details and tools that power direct voter contact programs.
Location
This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona and will require travel around the state.
Responsibilities
Project Management: Support the state team in implementing America Votes' organizational goals, including REI goals. Participate in team creation of work plans and team benchmarks for success. Support special projects to deliver on team goals.
Partner Support : Support coalition partners through the development of campaign plans (electoral, voting rights and issue campaigns). This may include providing technical and organizing assistance for individual partner organizations or groups of partners , responding to programmatic requests, and supporting the implementation of winning strategies. Work with the state data director to support data needs of partner programs. Portfolio may include some tools support including VAN and some grant management.
Support Coalition Management : Work with the state team by tracking electoral and advocacy programs aligned with the coalition plan, providing technical assistance including scaling up tactics and basic use of tools like VAN, and supporting best practices in our collective strategy. This work may include providing logistical support to coalition meetings, supporting core areas of the coalition coordination, supporting strategic conversations around winning strategies, and/or supporting work groups. Required

Position Description
America Votes is seeking a well-organized self-starter for a full-time position as the Arizona Program Manager. The Arizona Program Manager plays a key role in the advancement of the progressive movement and winning elections in the state. This person will support the America Votes team in Arizona with information gathering and partner coordination on some of the most exciting progressive electoral and issue work taking place in the state. The position works directly with the America Votes team, as well as dozens of progressive partners across the state, in the planning and execution of electoral and advocacy campaigns, the coordination of field programs, and the utilization of best practices to ensure quality plans and maximize our collective efforts. Responsibilities
Project Management: Support the state team in implementing America Votes' organizational goals, including REI goals. Participate in team creation of work plans and team benchmarks for success. Support special projects to deliver on team goals.
Partner Support : Support coalition partners through the development of campaign plans (electoral, voting rights and issue campaigns). This may include providing technical and organizing assistance for individual partner organizations or groups of partners , responding to programmatic requests, and supporting the implementation of winning strategies. Work with the state data director to support data needs of partner programs. Portfolio may include some tools support including VAN and some grant management.

CJNRC is the hub of a growing network of union-led, state-based climate jobs coalitions, providing unions with the information, support, and expertise to lead on climate action. The coalitions we support are organizing to build a clean energy economy at the scale and pace that climate science demands, create and expand access to good union jobs in under-resourced communities, and advance equity.
CJNRC and our network of coalitions are at the leading edge of both workers’ rights and climate action, two defining issues of our time. The coalitions have helped pass the nation’s most ambitious climate policies, won the strongest labor and equity standards for clean energy workers in the country, and built winning campaigns for worker-centered and equity-focused climate investments and good union jobs that will transform the future of the US economy.
To advance this crucial work, CJNRC is hiring a Offshore Wind Field Campaigner I to participate in strategy development and goal-setting with state climate jobs coalitions and unions, and build grassroots coalitions in support of offshore wind development as a source of renewable energy and of domestic union construction and manufacturing jobs.
Offshore wind has the potential to significantly reduce carbon emissions, create thousands of good union jobs across the United States, and revitalize domestic manufacturing. The Biden Administration has established a goal of developing 30GW of offshore wind by 2030, moving quickly to issue leases for new offshore wind areas while progressive state governments advance their own ambitious offshore wind programs. The Offshore Wind Field Campaigner will coordinate and support statewide and local campaigns to build crucial support for the rapid development of offshore wind as well as increased investment in the domestic offshore wind supply chain. Working with state climate jobs coalitions and unions, the Field Campaigner will build coalitions with ally organizations in the environmental, environmental justice and climate justice movements to build broad support for pro-worker offshore wind policies. The Field Campaigner I will report to the CJNRC Director of Strategic Campaigns and Offshore Wind Campaign Director.

A strong commitment to progressive social change, racial justice, and a familiarity with the issues that are central to CJNRC’s work and vision;
At least two years of experience as an organizer or campaigner for unions, political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or grassroots community organizations;
Strong critical thinking skills;
Ability to work effectively in politically-sensitive and high-pressure environments;
Demonstrated commitment to labor and/or community organizing;
Ability to work independently;
Effective time management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, with light supervision.
Working conditions: This is a full-time, remote position, based in the Mid-Atlantic region. Long hours will be required on occasion. The position will require frequent travel throughout the United States . CJNRC will follow public health guidance related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,300 . CJNRC offers an excellent benefits package that includes employer-paid medical and dental plans for full-time staff and their qualified dependents, life insurance, a dependent care assistance program, and generous time off.

To advance this crucial work, CJNRC is hiring a Offshore Wind Field Campaigner I to participate in strategy development and goal-setting with state climate jobs coalitions and unions, and build grassroots coalitions in support of offshore wind development as a source of renewable energy and of domestic union construction and manufacturing jobs.
Offshore wind has the potential to significantly reduce carbon emissions, create thousands of good union jobs across the United States, and revitalize domestic manufacturing. The Biden Administration has established a goal of developing 30GW of offshore wind by 2030, moving quickly to issue leases for new offshore wind areas while progressive state governments advance their own ambitious offshore wind programs. The Offshore Wind Field Campaigner will coordinate and support statewide and local campaigns to build crucial support for the rapid development of offshore wind as well as increased investment in the domestic offshore wind supply chain. Working with state climate jobs coalitions and unions, the Field Campaigner will build coalitions with ally organizations in the environmental, environmental justice and climate justice movements to build broad support for pro-worker offshore wind policies. The Field Campaigner I will report to the CJNRC Director of Strategic Campaigns and Offshore Wind Campaign Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engagement with state Climate Jobs coalitions and unions in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina to develop, drive, and win state campaigns in support of pro-worker offshore wind policies and to overcome local and state opposition;
Collaborate with the CJNRC offshore wind team and state coalitions and unions in tracking state and local offshore wind developments, project approvals, policy issues, and opportunities for regulatory intervention;
Coordinate education and mobilization of rank and file union members in key geographies;
Recruit and train member activists and spokespeople;
Engage with ally organizations in the labor, environmental, environmental justice, and climate justice movements to build broad support for pro-worker offshore wind policies;
