Position Overview
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Physician Specialist Option C for the Chicago-Read Mental Health Center located in Chicago, Illinois. As a non-administrative Illinois licensed Physician, provides a full range of psychiatric/medical assessments and treatments to patients on an assigned shift. Job Responsibilities
As a non-administrative Illinois licensed Physician, provides a full range of psychiatric/medical assessments and treatments to patients on an assigned shift.
Makes periodic and direct evaluation of patient’s general and psychiatric progress and response to treatment and documents same in the medical record, writes physician’s orders.
Serves as a member of the treatment team and as a treatment team leader, coordinates the development of patient treatment plans i.e., review and evaluation of patient’s treatment, discharge planning and milieu recommendations.
Obtains and maintains membership of the Chicago-Read Mental Health Center Medical Staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a valid State of Illinois Physician and Surgeon License.

Two (2) years of professional experience coordinating medical services with other professional disciplines and supportive personnel.
Two (2) years of professional experience conducting psychiatric exams of patients.
Two (2) years of professional experience identifying most appropriate positive treatment regime and carrying out that treatment in accordance with best practices.
Two (2) years of professional experience communicating effectively both orally and in writing.

Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Director of Operations, Clinical Care (DOCC) must be a proven successful clinic operations leader, a highly organized information analyst, advocate, and team leader. This valuable team member is responsible for implementation and management of the Medical Center, Medical Center Laboratory, IV Suite, and Neil Riordan Center business operating procedures and regulations, ensuring evidence-based best practices are established and followed, assuring full compliance of all regulations regarding patient, employee, and student safety, engaging marketing efforts to increase patient volume and enhance brand positioning, and assuring established financial KPIs are achieved. The Director of Operations, Clinical Care will:
Spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize clinic operations driving revenue growth, cost containment and expense reduction, and enhanced patient access.

Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards (e.g., DHS, DEA, HIPAA, OSHA) and perform all necessary reviews, audits, education, and training affecting clinical operations/patient services.

Coordinate with the Chief Financial Officer, insurance providers, and legal counsel regarding contractual negotiating efforts with health plan payors, managed care entities, third party administrators, and direct contracting opportunities.
Establish and maintain appropriate staffing and budget to support operations, practitioners, clinical faculty, and student clinical education training schedules. The successful candidate will have:
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration, Accounting with a healthcare emphasis, Nursing Management, or related healthcare/business discipline. Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Job Summary:
The Access Representative performs essential office functions pertaining to admission process including, inquiry, virtual access, scheduling, and authorization/denial management.
Essential Functions:

Education and/or Experience:

About the Role:
Working directly with the company’s VP, Program Management and Operations and company leadership, the Senior Manager, Program Management, will help drive the execution of one of Click’s core digital therapeutics (DTx) programs. You will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a cross-functional team tasked with delivering a best-in-class DTx to market and ensuring its success on the market. You will oversee efficient advancement of a core asset through Click’s proprietary pipeline progression system and provide program management capabilities to ensure success of the program on time and on budget. Qualifications:
7-10+ years experience in Program Management, Business Development, or Management Consulting with a focus on the life sciences industry
A graduate of a 4-year degree with a top-tier university with strong academic track record
Strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and drive projects, meeting all deadlines with minimal supervision

About the Role:
Working directly with the company’s VP, Program Management and Operations and company leadership, the Associate Director/Director, Program Management, will help drive the execution of one of Click’s core digital therapeutics (DTx) programs. You will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a cross-functional team tasked with delivering a best-in-class DTx to market and ensuring its success on the market. About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Product Designer who is passionate about designing products that improve health outcomes for patients. You’ll join a dedicated team that collaborates closely with product, engineering, and science to imagine, develop, and validate digital therapeutics that address specific health conditions. About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Product Designer who is passionate about designing products that improve health outcomes for patients. You’ll join a dedicated team that collaborates closely with product, engineering, and science to imagine, develop, and validate digital therapeutics that address specific health conditions. You’ll play an integral part in the entire product development cycle, from research and ideation, through delivery and iteration, driving the design vision of the patient experience. Responsibilities:
You’ll lead the design of products throughout the entire lifecycle, and collaborate closely with other Designers, Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to establish the product vision.
You will act as the patient advocate on cross-functional teams, ensuring that we create exceptional experiences that delivers on our promise to “place patients and their loved ones at the center of what you do”.
You take full ownership your work and obsess over details but know when to focus on working at a concept level to test and learn.
