About this role:
This Project Specialist position within the OPCEN will be primarily responsible for working with cross functional teams to establish processes and KPI’s for work assigned and performed by Outside Plant Construction (Internal/External resources). Responsibilities involve leading efforts for Manager and Executive level reporting utilizing tools like Excel or PowerBI, publishing reports and analyze trends. Data sources will mainly be Varasset (pending transition to Site Tracker in 2023) but may also entail importing from multiple sources, including combining data to provide a source table for reports. This role will support regional leadership in removing roadblocks, providing training and escalating issues for resolution. This position will need to gain full understanding of OPCEN processes and reinforce compliance. About this role:
This Project Specialist position within the OPCEN will be primarily responsible for working with cross functional teams to establish processes and KPI’s for work assigned and performed by Outside Plant Construction (Internal/External resources).
