Job Purpose
Performs skilled duties related to installation, operation, maintenance & repair to heating, ventilating & air condition ( HVAC ) systems within large campus dormitories, historic houses and buildings connected to the Central Energy Facility. This includes chilled water systems, steam heated hot water, steam condensate piping, and self-contained refrigerant systems. Installs, operates, maintains and repairs residential heating, ventilating and air conditioning units in smaller college buildings and dormitories, historical homes and office buildings. Duties include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment problems and making repairs as required.
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma and professional HVAC trade experience is required. Must be experienced in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC equipment in residential, industrial and commercial applications. A valid SC driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment, as the employee will be required to drive state vehicles to transport equipment and/or personnel. Must have EPA certification. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have knowledge regarding the handling of chemicals, refrigerants and industrial gasses. Should have considerable knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and work procedures, used in HVAC equipment maintenance and repair. Must be able to anticipate, locate and correct general and emergency problems as related to HVAC /mechanical equipment maintenance and repair. Must have the ability to learn and operate computerized web-based HVAC control programs to monitor and adjust temperatures in campus buildings.
Position requires basic computer skills and working knowledge and experience in using e-mail. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is preferred. Experience in utilizing on-line work order systems is a plus. Skill with electronic devices such as iPhone and iPad is preferred. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. All employees at the College are expected to perform their jobs in a safe manner in accordance with best safety practices as prescribed by their department, the Office of Environmental Health and Safety, and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration training as provided by Facilities Management at the College of Charleston .

Must be able to perform duties as described and work both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. Must be able to work in close quarters, climb ladders/stairs, enter/exit hatches, and work on rooftops. Must be able to work in areas of excessive heat/cold and lift or move furniture, objects, heavy components, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Overtime and call back work is required after normal working hours and on weekends as needed. Required to coordinate and work with other trades to include housing maintenance and outside contractors. Required to coach and train HVAC apprentices and interns. May be required to be on campus prior to and immediately following all emergencies such as hurricanes, floods, snow/ice storms etc.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the Sports Medicine department for a successful DI (FBS) athletic program. Future Forward CT was incubated by the Trio New College Network , a group that launches local community based organizations to help nontraditional students navigate the higher education landscape toward a pathway that works for them. About the Role
As the Director of Student Success with Future Forward CT, you will be part of a small, innovative, and entrepreneurial team focused on guiding students through a unique college process so that they can earn their degree and achieve their goals without significant financial burden. The primary functions of this role include coaching students through degree program projects and providing holistic support and access to community-based resources and support as needed. In this role you will work with a wide range of students providing them with a personalized, 1:1 support to complete their college degree as quickly and affordably as possible. As we build out our coaching staff, this role will also be responsible for coaching and leading our academic and career efforts to support our students in earning their degrees and advancing in their careers–work that will include managing a small team of coaches, spearheading our career services buildout, and collaborating with the Executive Director (ED) on big picture strategy for the organization.

About the Role
As the Director of Student Success with Future Forward CT, you will be part of a small, innovative, and entrepreneurial team focused on guiding students through a unique college process so that they can earn their degree and achieve their goals without significant financial burden. The primary functions of this role include coaching students through degree program projects and providing holistic support and access to community-based resources and support as needed. In this role you will work with a wide range of students providing them with a personalized, 1:1 support to complete their college degree as quickly and affordably as possible. As we build out our coaching staff, this role will also be responsible for coaching and leading our academic and career efforts to support our students in earning their degrees and advancing in their careers–work that will include managing a small team of coaches, spearheading our career services buildout, and collaborating with the Executive Director (ED) on big picture strategy for the organization.
Responsibilities
Coaching and Student Support:
Implement a targeted and effective coaching program to support students from enrollment to graduation
Coach a wide range of students providing them with the personalized 1:1 support through their degree program and other key milestones including project completion, financial aid renewal, and course planning
Build strong relationships with students in support of academic progress and goals
Provide academic support and feedback
Ensure students have the proper wrap-around supports to successfully complete their degree such as: access to technology, childcare, transportation
Provide extended coaching hours to students as needed during evenings and weekends
Maintain regular and ongoing communication with students via email, text, phone, events, and/or in-person meetings
Partner with and manage other coaches added as student volumes grow
Collaborate with the ED on the buildout of a career services program
Data Management:
Utilize and execute data-driven approach to provide meaningful advising, coaching, support, and intervention to individual and groups of students
Track and maintain student outreach and data in our database management system
Collaborate with the statewide ED to ensure all students make adequate daily and weekly progress towards degree completion by reviewing aggregate daily/weekly data
Review students’ financial aid status ahead of each new term and help students complete the FAFSA to finalize their financial aid as necessary
Analyze caseload data to identify trends and gaps to strengthen programming and support of students and inform our core practices
Administration and Operations:
Build out day-to-day operations for study spaces as organization grows
Manage student orientations and other key annual events
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives related to student success

Position Description
ANY is currently seeking an ambitious and organized Career Success Coordinator to implement our Fellows Program in New York. As a Career Success Coordinator, you will provide career counseling and deliver a series of professional development workshops over the course of two years for a cohort of Fellows (ambitious, first-generation college students) and their Mentor Coaches (accomplished professionals). In addition to delivering workshops, you will be the primary point of contact for Fellows, including supporting them through personal, academic, and professional challenges, and securing internships.
The NY Career Success Coordinator reports directly to the NY Program Director. The position is based in New York City, NY and is currently hybrid, requiring in-person attendance at the office some days of the week, in-person attendance at monthly Saturday workshops, and in-person attendance at other work-related events/meetings, as needed.

Position Description
ANY is currently seeking an ambitious and organized Career Success Coordinator to implement our Fellows Program in New York. As a Career Success Coordinator, you will provide career counseling and deliver a series of professional development workshops over the course of two years for a cohort of Fellows (ambitious, first-generation college students) and their Mentor Coaches (accomplished professionals). In addition to delivering workshops, you will be the primary point of contact for Fellows, including supporting them through personal, academic, and professional challenges, and securing internships.
The NY Career Success Coordinator reports directly to the NY Program Director. The position is based in New York City, NY and is currently hybrid, requiring in-person attendance at the office some days of the week, in-person attendance at monthly Saturday workshops, and in-person attendance at other work-related events/meetings, as needed.

CPR (AED)/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

Fundraising and marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of NIRA rules and regulations

Job Description: The University of Wyoming has an immediate full-time opening for the position of Head Coach, UW Rodeo team. The successful candidate will be expected to continue to develop and apply a comprehensive and functional knowledge of the sport of rodeo and lead a progressive and successful Men’s & Women’s Rodeo program that develops participants as both athletes and students.
The University of Wyoming has a rich tradition and long history of success in the Rodeo Arena including 7 NIRA Championship Teams, 27 individual champions and numerous regional championships.
Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identify and recruit quality prospective student-athletes and manage UW rodeo scholarships
Athletic education, instruction, development, training and evaluation of student-athletes
Oversight and mentoring to ensure academic progress and success of student-athletes
Maintain and enforce team rules regarding academic, athletic and social expectations
Recruit, train and supervise all assistant coaches
Coordinate with the applicable UW entity to:
develop practice and competition schedules
identify needs for the rodeo program
assist as needed with the maintenance, upkeep and development of rodeo facilities
