The EHS and Biosafety Officer is responsible for managing all PNRI Health and Safety programs, including radiation safety, hazardous waste management and disposal, spill response, animal safety, and workplace safety. The EHS and Biosafety Officer provides active support to PNRI’s IBC and IACUC. Working closely with building Facilities, the EHS and Biosafety Officer assures compliance with WISHA, OSHA, DOT, and all relevant regulations. What you will do!
This position provides cyber risk, compliance, and security expertise in areas such as software development, access and control methodologies, operations, continuity planning, and the entire system life cycle. This position assists in ensuring that business security requirements are accurately reflected in technical specifications and that the department has appropriate security integration throughout all systems development. This person will have a key role in the analysis and evaluation of security design, development, testing and implementation of complex security infrastructures.
The person in this position may serve as a chief architect, analyst, or consultant for ongoing security related activities. Summary:

Prepares applicable resolutions and documents for developments and RID's; may represent Public Works Department at public hearings relative to formation and completion of developments and RID's; conducts and certifies elections for the formation of a RID when the RID is initiated by the Board of Commissioners; reviews petitions for RID by residents to assure legality of signatures; prepares legal descriptions and deeds necessary to convey right of-way in a RID; researches titles on properties in the RID Office, information on right of ways, and corner monumentation.

Job Summary
Provides advanced level customer service to internal or external customers by performing a variety of complex administrative support activities which contribute to efficient office operations and require a thorough understanding of department and County programs and procedures.
