Direct Support Providers aid intellectually disabled individuals with daily activities ranging from personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, to accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DCPs may assist with therapeutic and behavior modification plans, working closely with other agency staff to provide persons with intellectual disabilities the wherewithal with which to live a more fulfilled and independent life. Our aim is to enhance the quality of life for those individuals for whose care we are entrusted with.

Skills: Able to read and write either English or Spanish or bilingual in both. Be able to work independently and also as a team. Have good organizational skills, time management skills and scheduling skills. Must HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. Must be willing to work when and where assigned.
