What you will do! The Data Equity Business Analyst (OPA3) will work within a Data Equity team that works in partnership with HPA data analysis and reporting teams, and teams from the Equity and Inclusion Division (E&I) and the Office of Information Services (OIS). These teams work together to create and maintain analytical processes for the collection and storage of data for race, ethnicity, language and disability (REALD) and sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) in the REALD & SOGI data repository/information system, and the development of external reporting and data sharing processes that include and use REALD & SOGI data for the purpose of detecting and addressing inequitable health outcomes across REALD & SOGI disadvantaged populations. The HPA Data Equity team will a) develop documentation and business rules for REALD and SOGI data collection, b) fulfill HPA’s requests for REALD& SOGI repository data by querying and matching repository data, merging and sharing datasets, c) support an agency wide REALD &SOGI data governance committee, d) establish data use and sharing processes with internal and external partners and organizations that follow confidentiality and privacy laws, and e) build and maintain relationships with interested parties.
The purpose of this Business Analyst position is A) to lead business analysis and technology initiatives and activities in support of House Bill 3159 and the legislatively mandated implementation of a statewide REALD &SOGI data repository / information system, and B) to lead and ensure effective analysis and implementation of data and business initiatives for the HPA Data Equity REALD/ SOGI program. These initiatives usually involve business transformation and information technologies and are critical to support the agency’s mission and health equity and strategic goals. Other key responsibilities for this position include:
Providing specialized REALD& SOGI and data equity expertise and assistance to HPA research, data and analytics teams, and other OHA business and IT programs.
Documenting HB 3159 REALD and SOGI business and data requirements and data integration processes, providing requirements and validation for data reports, and developing methodologies for estimating data quality and completeness.
The position requires strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills, and poise. The incumbent will have a substantial amount of autonomy requiring exceptional skills in self-direction, as well as navigating complex situations and competing demands. Issues and recommendations within the purview of this position will be highly visible and potentially controversial to OHA and ODHS Leadership, health care constituents, state agencies, external organizations, and the Governor's Office. What you will do! The Data Equity Business Analyst (OPA3) will work within a Data Equity team that works in partnership with HPA data analysis and reporting teams, and teams from the Equity and Inclusion Division (E&I) and the Office of Information Services (OIS). These teams work together to create and maintain analytical processes for the collection and storage of data for race, ethnicity, language and disability (REALD) and sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) in the REALD & SOGI data repository/information system, and the development of external reporting and data sharing processes that include and use REALD & SOGI data for the purpose of detecting and addressing inequitable health outcomes across REALD & SOGI disadvantaged populations. The HPA Data Equity team will a) develop documentation and business rules for REALD and SOGI data collection, b) fulfill HPA’s requests for REALD& SOGI repository data by querying and matching repository data, merging and sharing datasets, c) support an agency wide REALD &SOGI data governance committee, d) establish data use and sharing processes with internal and external partners and organizations that follow confidentiality and privacy laws, and e) build and maintain relationships with interested parties.
The purpose of this Business Analyst position is A) to lead business analysis and technology initiatives and activities in support of House Bill 3159 and the legislatively mandated implementation of a statewide REALD &SOGI data repository / information system, and B) to lead and ensure effective analysis and implementation of data and business initiatives for the HPA Data Equity REALD/ SOGI program. These initiatives usually involve business transformation and information technologies and are critical to support the agency’s mission and health equity and strategic goals. Other key responsibilities for this position include:
Providing specialized REALD& SOGI and data equity expertise and assistance to HPA research, data and analytics teams, and other OHA business and IT programs.
Documenting HB 3159 REALD and SOGI business and data requirements and data integration processes, providing requirements and validation for data reports, and developing methodologies for estimating data quality and completeness.
The position requires strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills, and poise. The incumbent will have a substantial amount of autonomy requiring exceptional skills in self-direction, as well as navigating complex situations and competing demands. Issues and recommendations within the purview of this position will be highly visible and potentially controversial to OHA and ODHS Leadership, health care constituents, state agencies, external organizations, and the Governor's Office. The results of this work will affect significant levels of OHA operations and have far reaching implications for community-based committees and other groups interested in the reporting of REALD & SOGI data.

Develops and institutes policies for effective integration of peers within the behavioral health care continuum. Leads OHA’s efforts to ensure meaningful partnership with people with lived experience in decision-making at all levels of the behavioral health system. The person in this position will utilize the lived experience of Oregonians to provide inspirational leadership to the agency and lead a team of behavioral health experts to break down historical communication and outreach barriers and ensure people with lived experience are continually leading behavioral health transformation efforts.
This position serves as the state’s chief technical advisor and consultant on matters of concern to consumers of behavioral health prevention, promotion, treatment and recovery services to OHA, the Governor’s office, the Legislative Assembly, local state and federal government agencies, tribes, community mental health and addictions programs. Provides oversight of the HSD behavioral health advisory groups, board and committees and provides strategic direction and oversight for peer delivered services and makes decisions to ensure the equitable distribution of resources and power by utilizing data, budgetary expenditures, and projections to determine financial and program impact, identifying, and determining program policy changes needed. Oversees the design and implementation of new programs to ensure commitment to eliminating health inequality while also making program level decisions about multiple, statewide programs and policies which impact behavioral healthcare services to consumers.
This position provides oversight for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all behavioral health programs, projects, and initiatives through supervision of the behavioral health operations unit. This position ensures adherence to legislative and OHA leadership priorities while guiding a diverse team of behavioral subject matter experts in their area to implement changes within the behavioral health unit to synthesize person-directed, trauma-informed, equitable, effective approaches towards behavioral health services in Oregon. The person in this position will utilize the lived experience of Oregonians to provide inspirational leadership to the agency and lead a team of behavioral health experts to break down historical communication and outreach barriers and ensure people with lived experience are continually leading behavioral health transformation efforts.
This position serves as the state’s chief technical advisor and consultant on matters of concern to consumers of behavioral health prevention, promotion, treatment and recovery services to OHA, the Governor’s office, the Legislative Assembly, local state and federal government agencies, tribes, community mental health and addictions programs. Provides oversight of the HSD behavioral health advisory groups, board and committees and provides strategic direction and oversight for peer delivered services and makes decisions to ensure the equitable distribution of resources and power by utilizing data, budgetary expenditures, and projections to determine financial and program impact, identifying, and determining program policy changes needed. Oversees the design and implementation of new programs to ensure commitment to eliminating health inequality while also making program level decisions about multiple, statewide programs and policies which impact behavioral healthcare services to consumers.
This position provides oversight for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all behavioral health programs, projects, and initiatives through supervision of the behavioral health operations unit. This position ensures adherence to legislative and OHA leadership priorities while guiding a diverse team of behavioral subject matter experts in their area to implement changes within the behavioral health unit to synthesize person-directed, trauma-informed, equitable, effective approaches towards behavioral health services in Oregon. Using this lens, they are using collaborative managerial and supervisory practices to revise methods for evaluation, monitoring, business practices, program funding, budget analysis, hiring and performance metrics.

Knowledge of Medicaid, community mental health programs, Substance Use Disorder and/or problem gambling health delivery systems, with experience implementing health care transformation in Oregon preferred.

What is a Program and Events Specialist?
Girl Scouts of Colorado partners with a variety of organizations to engage Girls Scouts in leadership development programming through the lens of STEM, life skills, entrepreneurship, and outdoor stewardship. The Program and Events Specialist aids in statewide program development, delivery, and logistical support for Girl Scout partner programs and events. What is a Program and Events Specialist?
Girl Scouts of Colorado partners with a variety of organizations to engage Girls Scouts in leadership development programming through the lens of STEM, life skills, entrepreneurship, and outdoor stewardship. The Program and Events Specialist aids in statewide program development, delivery, and logistical support for Girl Scout partner programs and events. This position functions as a member of the program team and reports to the Program and Events Manager. The Program and Events Specialist works alongside the program team to ensure that our staff and program partners can facilitate Girl Scout programming to our members across the state, while our members have the best customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Program and Events Manager in program development, pre-event logistics, event execution, post-event feedback, and data reporting for partner programs.
Deliver Girl Scout programs in-person and virtually for Girl Scouts and adult members in the Denver-Metro area, with the ability to occasionally travel to other parts of the state.
Create materials and activities to aid in the facilitation of events or programming.
Adapt programming to meet the needs of Girl Scouts and adult members.
In coordination with membership support staff, drive membership engagement and membership recruitment through programming and events.
Collect post-event data and feedback from attendees.
Act as a secondary point of contact for program partners before, during, and after program execution, in coordination with the Program and Events Manager.
Assists the Program and Events Manager in booking venues, securing support staff, and managing day-of-event logistics.
Work closely with Registration Specialists to build event registrations and coordinate event communications.
Communicates with participants on event details and responds to questions in a timely manner.
PRIMARY CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Program and Events Manager and greater Program and Membership Experience Department to coordinate a unified direction of all programming through integration and implementation of long- and short-term goals, objectives, and action plans.
Collaborate with statewide teams on program and event opportunities.
Support the efforts and commitments of Girl Scouts of Colorado in the area of pluralism and diversity throughout the organization and within each community.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to support membership.
Embrace diversity and inclusiveness by contributing to positive relationships between diverse racial, ethnic, and social groups in the Council as a whole and between employees and volunteers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING
Bachelor's degree; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Two years of experience in event management and/or program delivery or in a related field such as project management or community relations.
Two years of customer service experience is desirable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY
Knowledge of the Girl Scout program and philosophy, or willingness to learn.
Ability to manage priorities effectively while remaining flexible.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.

Wrangler General Duties: As a member of a horse and barn staff team, wranglers are responsible for implementing on-site horse program based on camp wide goals, policies, and procedures at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position is also responsible for, as a team, caring for a herd of 15-20 horses. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, health, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Work on a team of 3-5 other ranch staff caring for horses and farm animals including but not limited to: feeding, grooming, tacking, general first aid of animals and mucking.
Assist Barn Specialist with daily care of various barn animals need as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all farm/barn/arena/pasture areas.
Assist in the care & management of program, horse, and barn equipment, including storage, maintenance, cleanliness, and usage in coordination with fellow team members.
Provide and/or support emergency procedures during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide and/or support health and wellness practices.
Provide assistance/coverage as necessary to all additional operational and program staff.
Support the work of the cabin, health, site, kitchen, and housekeeping staff as needed.
Program Responsibilities
Instruct & supervise western horse riding (including but not limited to trail rides around property, maneuvers, and activities in arenas) to 12-15 riders at a time. Ensuring safety and adaptations to meet the needs of all riders.
Camper Leadership & Supervision
While on horse trails or when assigned as needed, act 'in loco parentis' and guide a group of campers during overnight camp sessions.

The Green Accountability Project works to strengthen the ability of a diverse range of civil society actors, including in vulnerable communities, to access needed climate policy and finance information, participate in and shape climate-related governance processes and play important roles in influencing climate policy. The Project runs a small grants fund to equip civil society with resources to ensure fruitful engagement with public authorities to improve climate governance. The Project also facilitates a global community of practice to foster peer-to-peer learning, knowledge sharing, and the formation of accountability practices.
Job Highlight :
You will be responsible for budget and operations for the Center for Equitable Development’s Environmental Democracy Practice, specifically a $4.5 million grant funding the Green Accountability Project.
Your specific tasks will include drafting and monitoring contracts and sub grants, coordinating with international sub grantees on grant reporting, tracking spending, processing payments and expense reports, managing team meetings, and other tasks as assigned.
You will report to the Center for Equitable Development Operations Manager, and the Green Accountability Project Director will direct most of your work.

Grant Management (40%):

Lead the drafting of financial grant reports

The Green Accountability Project works to strengthen the ability of a diverse range of civil society actors, including in vulnerable communities, to access needed climate policy and finance information, participate in and shape climate-related governance processes and play important roles in influencing climate policy. You will be responsible for budget and operations for the Center for Equitable Development’s Environmental Democracy Practice, specifically a $4.5 million grant funding the Green Accountability Project.
Your specific tasks will include drafting and monitoring contracts and sub grants, coordinating with international sub grantees on grant reporting, tracking spending, processing payments and expense reports, managing team meetings, and other tasks as assigned.
You will report to the Center for Equitable Development Operations Manager, and the Green Accountability Project Director will direct most of your work.
What will you do:
Grant Management (40%):
Manage project grants and contracts, including ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
Lead the drafting of financial grant reports

Job Highlight :
You will be responsible for budget and operations for the Center for Equitable Development’s Environmental Democracy Practice, specifically a $4.5 million grant funding the Green Accountability Project.
Your specific tasks will include drafting and monitoring contracts and sub grants, coordinating with international sub grantees on grant reporting, tracking spending, processing payments and expense reports, managing team meetings, and other tasks as assigned.
You will report to the Center for Equitable Development Operations Manager, and the Green Accountability Project Director will direct most of your work.
What will you do:
Grant Management (40%):
Manage project grants and contracts, including ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
Lead the drafting of financial grant reports
Coordinate with operations staff across WRI to identify other activities in six target countries where sub granting activities are taking place to ensure coordination, especially concerning government relationships
Create sub grant and contract agreements with partners and contractors, including processing payments, and amending agreements
Communicate with sub grantees on financial reporting requirements and required progress reports and facilitate resolution of grantee questions
Work with international and grassroots partners to build their capacity to understand and meet sub grant requirements
Financial Management (35%):
Oversee daily financial management of project budget
Monitor monthly expenses and keep direct project budget up to date in budgeting software
Provide strategic advice to Project Director on the best use of funds to ensure achievement of deliverables while maximizing financial resources
Lead project financial closeout and coordinate with project teams in other project closeout processes, including financial reconciliation and reporting
Prepare proposal budgets and ensure agreement between proposed activities and budgets
Project Management (15%):
Provide proactive operations advice to Project Director
Monitor project deliverables to ensure that they are submitted within the period of performance and coordinate the submission of invoices
Keep track of past performance and lessons learned to use on future project preparation
Administration (10%):
Lead logistics for internal and external events, workshops, and conferences through A/V and catering preparation or virtual web hosting, including participant and speaker coordination
Support the accurate submission of expense reports, timesheets, cash advances, and other transactions
What will you need:
Education : You have a completed bachelor’s degree
Experience : You have 2+ year of full-time relevant work experience in operations, program coordination
Detail oriented with sensitivity to quality, timelines, and compliance
IT skills including high level of comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), web-based communications (Microsoft Teams), with CRM database (Salesforce) and budgeting (IBM Cognos)
Experience creating budgets, preparing donor reports, and processing subcontracts
Languages : English required, fluency in French preferred, Spanish a plus
Requirements: Existing work authorization is required where this position . WRI is unable to authorize visa work authorization
Potential Salary: Salary range is between 57,000 and 62,000 USD. Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors.

The Peer Recovery Specialist provides guidance to engage, support, and assist clients in understanding and navigating public support systems. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, facilitating support groups, acting as liaison with community partners, and representing the ADAPT program in the community. No one knows more about the needs of those dealing with substance addiction than those with lived experience.
Salary Range $20.19 - $23.50 Hourly
