Job Description

Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced bilingual mental health professional for the Senior Clinical Director position for the Juntos Program. This is a full time position in a quickly growing organization that positively influences children and teens. The Senior Clinical Director is a motivated, culturally sensitive individual who is dedicated to the care of international children living in the United States. The Senior Clinical Director will oversee the entire program's treatment component including the treatment team and facilitating coordination between all disciplines within the facility. This individual will recruit, train and provide structured and unstructured clinical supervision of therapy, education, case management, adjunct and ancillary services. The schedule for this position is generally 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. However, the Clinical Director position requires on-call rotation for 24 hours for clinical intervention for UC youths.

Location: Burlington, NJ

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Clinical Director coordinate all of the clinical services for all the UC youth and overseeing the treatment component of the program. The Clinical Director will lead the treatment team and facilitate coordination between all disciplines within the program (PSA Compliance, Nurse, Teachers, Residential Counselors, and clinicians) to ensure timely reunification and safety of youths.  They review all treatment plans, intakes, progress notes, and other documentation to ensure best practice and compliance with ORR and COA regulations. They act as a liaison with ORR, immigration courts, service providers, and family members. They provide direct therapy for up to two youths as needed.

Requirements: 

  • LCSW, LPC or equivalent certification
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree or Masters in related counseling field
  • Supervisory experience required 
  • At least ten years' experience in the field, five of which have been in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with individual, group, and family therapy for youth and families, preferably in a residential setting
  • Bi-lingual fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking, conversational)
  • Excellent driving skills
  • Be a licensed Driver for at least three years
  • Must successfully submit to and pass medical, criminal, motor vehicle and other background checks
