Position Summary:
Supports and works directly with the customers, sales force and other Dawn Team Members to meet and exceed customer’s needs. CSRs are the first line of representation and interaction with the customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Receive inbound phone inquiries covering all aspects of customer service/customer needs. Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues. Enter and maintain customer orders and ensure accuracy (pricing, quantities, correct materials). Collaborate with sales force to build relationships/rapport with customers. Monitor shortage reports and communicate shortages to customer and sales team.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Team Manager.

1. Minimum of two years prior customer service and telephone experience required
2. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
3. Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm and operate a 10-key adding machine a plus
