IPG- Investment Property Group is currently seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician\Groundskeeper to work at our manufactured home communities, Monta Loma, in Springfield, OR. Responsibilities include maintenance & general labor at the property.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete daily light maintenance, janitorial, plumbing and electrical duties at the property
- Mow lawns and maintain landscaping in common areas.
- Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues.
- Complete work orders within 24 hours
- Follow a preventative maintenance schedule
- Secure, repair and maintain any equipment owned by the mobile home community
- Wear any uniform that is provided during work hours
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of property maintenance experience a PLUS
- Work efficiently under minimum supervision
- Promote positive, proactive resident relations
- Lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds unassisted
- Able to work weekends as needed
- Use hand tools, and landscaping equipment as necessary
- Excellent customer service
