What you will do:
As a Senior Help Desk technician, you will provide technical support to over 700 park staff at locations around the state. You will assist with desktop hardware, desktop software, mobile devices and phone systems; and create improved computing tools to assist staff in providing great customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
(a) Four (4) years of information systems experience in Desktop Support.
OR
(b) An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND Two (2) years of information systems experience in Desktop Support.
OR
(c) A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
