The Journalism Education Association is seeking applicants for its executive director. This position as the association’s chief administrative officer consists of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization management, including budgeting, fundraising, managing events, including national conventions for teachers and students, developing and maintaining relationships with partner organizations, managing a small staff and working with a board of directors. Candidates must have a strong commitment to teaching, advising, mentoring, and serving a diverse population. Candidates may work remotely or at JEA Headquarters.
