Webinar Facilitator/Coordinator – Nonprofit Governance
& Leadership Development
Position Summary:
The Webinar Facilitator/Coordinator – Nonprofit Governance & Leadership Development collaborates with Latinos LEAD staff, volunteers, and other Facilitator/Coordinators to plan, coordinate, and deliver virtual webinars (webinars) through Ready to LEAD, a nonprofit governance training program. The Webinar Facilitator/Coordinator will assist with the presentation and evaluation of the virtual nonprofit governance webinar component of Ready to LEAD, including training materials development, outreach to prospective trainee cohorts, webinar scheduling and logistics, and webinar participant feedback surveys. Ready to LEAD’s webinar pilot efforts are funded through a grant from the Amgen Foundation.
Ready to LEAD introduces Latino professionals to concepts and principles that promote successful service as nonprofit governing board members. During the two-part webinars (two sessions of four hours each), trainees learn fundamental nonprofit sector and organization structure and operations, governing board roles and responsibilities, and how they can assess opportunities to serve on nonprofit governing boards.
Expertise in nonprofit management, governing board development and/or consulting, leadership development, or human resources preferred. Confident public speaking and/or virtual webinar facilitation skills required. Oversight and supervision for the Facilitator/Coordinator will be the Latinos LEAD Executive Director.

Part time: Approximately 10-15 hours per week (varies based on demand for webinars)
Hourly compensation is $30 per hour; and $40.00 per hour for webinar facilitation.
