This includes development of outreach documents and materials such as email templates, infographics, and introductory meeting discussion points.  Key to gaining this support will be developing relationships with leaders among corporate Latino employee resource groups.
  • Recruit and train other webinar facilitators.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for webinar participants, Latinos LEAD staff, volunteers (panel members), and facilitators involved in producing and presenting webinars.
  • Monitor performance and provide written and verbal reviews regarding the effectiveness of Ready to LEAD webinar facilitators.
  • Develop and revise as needed webinar content, including pre-webinar Orientation Packet, webinar PowerPoint slides, and links to resources and reference materials provided to webinar participants.
  • The Facilitator/Coordinator must have access at all times to a robust internet connection, may be expected to facilitate webinars remotely, and will either co-facilitate or support facilitators throughout the webinar presentation.  A quiet workspace free from interruption and distraction is required, and the Facilitator/Coordinator will be expected to be available for at least 30 minutes setup prior to and 30 minutes for debriefing following the webinar.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • At least three years of experience in organizational development, training, or workshop/seminar/webinar development/coordination/facilitation in a nonprofit, private or public sector organization or for clients in those sectors.
  • Strong adult education, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Awareness of and commitment to Latino community and professional development, and in diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and how these principles can be applied to nonprofit governing board practices
