Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manages the operational, financial and personnel functions of the Athletic Ticket Office.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Athletic Ticket Office as directed.
  • Coordinates ticket operations for home football and basketball games, including event reconciliation and reporting.
  • Coordinates ticket operations for Olympic sporting events and non-athletic events; provides staffing and scheduling of support services staff, event reconciliation and management reporting.
  • Supervises customer services functions and assists in resolving problems; reports issues of concern to supervisor.
  • Develops all ticket policies, procedures and practices.
  • Works with Marketing and Branding Department in development of ticket sales plan including, but not limited to, dates of sales, ticket prices and ticket design.
  • Develops annual budget and monitoring expenditures.
  • Coordinates Paciolan system functions (including Access Management, eVenue and WBST).
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of and adheres to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Assists with other duties/projects as assigned/directed.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience:
    • 2 Years of Ticketing Experience
    • 1 Year of Paciolan Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills.

 

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • At least 2 years of Intercollegiate athletics experience
  • Understanding of NCAA rules & regulations
