Job Purpose:
Manages the operational, financial and personnel functions of the Athletic Ticket Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Athletic Ticket Office as directed.
- Coordinates ticket operations for home football and basketball games, including event reconciliation and reporting.
- Coordinates ticket operations for Olympic sporting events and non-athletic events; provides staffing and scheduling of support services staff, event reconciliation and management reporting.
- Supervises customer services functions and assists in resolving problems; reports issues of concern to supervisor.
- Develops all ticket policies, procedures and practices.
- Works with Marketing and Branding Department in development of ticket sales plan including, but not limited to, dates of sales, ticket prices and ticket design.
- Develops annual budget and monitoring expenditures.
- Coordinates Paciolan system functions (including Access Management, eVenue and WBST).
- Maintains thorough knowledge of and adheres to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Assists with other duties/projects as assigned/directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience:
- 2 Years of Ticketing Experience
- 1 Year of Paciolan Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- At least 2 years of Intercollegiate athletics experience
- Understanding of NCAA rules & regulations
