Therapist, Client Home-Based

Home-Based Therapist responsibilities include:

• Provide therapy services to clients (infants, children, adolescents, and adults) without the barrier of client travel to and from offices
• Work in a reflective and supportive environment with a close-knit team of professionals
• Attend to self-care and personal growth as part of your professional development
• Integrate an anti-racist, trauma informed practice lens while working with children and families affected by the foster care  system in Illinois
• Experience a blend of flexibility in work hours, in-office and hybrid work options, as well as strong supervisory and team support
• Carry a manageable caseload, receive high quality supervision, participate in clinical trainings and team collaboration to ensure high quality service delivery

Requirements include:

• Masters degree in Social Work or related Human Services field, such as Counseling, Psychology, Marriage/Family Therapy, etc. from an accredited program. 
• Able to work evenings based on client and program needs.
• As this position requires site visits to locations which may or may not be accessible by public transportation, must be able to drive, have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle to travel in the Chicago metropolitan area.

New hires would need to be fully vaccinated with 1 or 2 doses and booster and provide their card upon hire OR begin receiving the booster within 2 weeks of being hired and participate in weekly COVID testing until fully vaccinated OR provide documentation for an ADA or religious exemption and participate in weekly COVID testing.
