Basic Function
Responsible for premium seating and assisting with all activities of athletics development/ the Cowboy Joe Club.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards annual fund donations and CJC memberships.
- Responsible for the achievement of fundraising goals/objectives through premium seating and gifts made to obtain premium seats
- Executes a year-round strategic plan for football premium seating, including Wildcatter and future west side club area.
- Works closely with the Wyoming Ticket Office and Comptroller, External Operations to manage inventory and to track payments
- Uses current and generates new leads for premium ticket sales and to solicit donations. Builds a personal client base and manages wait lists for premium seating
- Manages gameday operations of Wildcatter Stadium Club & Suites. Provides superior customer service to clients and donors throughout the season
- Manages courtside seating for men’s and women’s basketball
- Manages the Seatback Program including sales, coordination of installation and removal
- Assists with donor game day parking for football and basketball and priority point allocation of parking
- Assists in the coordination of all fundraising activities including Golf Series and Annual Auction
- Serves as a CJC advocate in the community. Travels to and generates support in assigned counties
- Maintains thorough knowledge of and adheres to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations
- Assists with other duties/projects as assigned/directed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of fundraising, tickets sales or relatable experience
- Ability to effectively articulate ideas verbally and in writing
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team oriented, self-starter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with ticketing and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Athletic Development Experience
- History of success in fundraising or sales. Proven track record of building quality relationships
- Ability to motivate donors and volunteers
- Experience with Paciolan
