As an Area Development Advisor, you will be responsible for expanding our volunteer and donor network, increasing awareness, and maximizing funds for St. Jude. You will also play a crucial role in developing and growing high-value Peer to Peer (P2P) events, such as St. Jude Heroes, Radio-thons, Rock ‘n’ Roll, and St. Jude Walk/Runs. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals who share your vision and values.

  • Proven ability to influence and inspire others to support our mission.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or over 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.
  • Commitment to positive team dynamic and flexibility in working hours.
  • Poise and executive presence for quick thinking on camera during news interviews.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills with consistent follow-up to build and maintain donor relationships and meet deadlines.
  • Candidate should also expect travel, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is desirable, as it enables effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders and donors.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
