What you'll do:
As a Licensed Optician you will provide customer service by acknowledging the customer, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services and much more.
As a Development Optician you will learn to perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings of glasses and contact lenses. You will work closely with the licensed optometrist to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care and provide quality eye care services to our customers, assisting with selecting the best eyewear for their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
As a Licensed Vision Center Manager you will lead our Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing and in-stock and inventory levels; budgeting and forecasting sales; and assessing economic trends and community needs. Model, enforce, and provide direction and guidance to Associates through supervision and development opportunities by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness.
