Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Bilingual MST Therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services to youth and their families. This role involves delivering direct clinical treatment, including family, individual, and community-based services, with a caseload of 4-6 clients. The therapist will use MST principles and practices to achieve positive outcomes and meet discharge goals.

Position Overview:

  • $2,500 Hiring Bonus
  • Provides direct clinical treatment (family, individual, community-based services, and case management) with an average caseload of no more than 4-6 families at a time.
  • 100% schedule flexibility and consistency in scheduling with the families, meeting with families on average 3-5 hours per week at the start of treatment and clinically assessing needs throughout treatment.
  • 15-18 billable hours a week.
  • Documentation can be completed at home.
  • On-call is only for the families you work directly with.
  • Mileage reimbursement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed) to complete travel requirements of the job.
  • Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws.
  • Pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check.
  • On-call (continuously or rotationally) to provide support.
  • Possess or have the ability to obtain mental health licensure in Nebraska (e.g., PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP).
