Summary of the Facilities/Purchasing Supervisor Position:
Position Requirements
Physical Requirements: Performs repetitive tasks. Prolonged periods of sitting and of other appropriately. Requires clarity of vision >20 inches and <20 feet. Manual dexterity (eye/hand coordination). Hears alarm and telephone. Bending at waist and knee frequently. Required lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally.
Working Conditions: The Facilities/Purchasing Supervisor spends approximately 90% of his/her time in an air-conditioned environment with varying exposure to excessive humidity and noise. The remaining 10% of his/her time is spent in various non-air-conditioned climates with varying exposure to humidity and noise.
