Finance Director

The Finance Director leads Tree Pittsburgh’s financial operations and plays a key role in ensuring the organization’s long-term financial strength and sustainability. This position is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, financial reporting, and financial planning while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

The Finance Director will manage accounting systems, ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and provide financial leadership to the executive team and Board of Directors. They will regularly assess the organization’s financial performance, identify potential risks and opportunities, and help guide sound financial strategy.
