Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Revenue Generation
Work collaboratively with the Development Director to align event fundraising with the overall development strategy.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals for all signature events.
Actively identify, solicit, and secure event sponsors and auction items.
Conduct outreach meetings and follow up with prospective sponsors and donors.
Recruit and support Table Captains to drive attendance and day-of donations for the Light of Hope Luncheon.
Partner with the Events Committee to expand sponsorships, auction participation, and event revenue.
Strengthen sponsor retention through proactive stewardship and relationship-building.
Event Planning & Execution
Lead the planning and execution of all fundraising and signature events, including the Indulge for CASA Gala, Light of Hope Luncheon, Volunteer Appreciation Event , and third-party fundraisers.
Coordinate venue and vendor logistics for the CASA Kids Holiday Party.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
Manage all event logistics, including venue communication, vendor contracts, décor, floor plans, seating charts, scripts, timelines, and run-of-show documents.
Oversee event setup and teardown to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality guest experience.
Partner with the Marketing & Communications Manager to promote events and drive participation.
Manage logistics for mission video production, including coordination with the video production team and participants.
Supervise and coordinate the work of event interns or volunteers, as assigned.
Financial Management & Reporting
Track and report on event revenue, sponsorship commitments, expenses, attendance, and engagement metrics.
Prepare post-event reports with outcomes, insights, and recommendations for growth.
Monitor sponsorship pipelines and provide regular revenue forecasts to the Development Director.
Sponsorship Stewardship & Donor Experience
Serve as primary relationship manager for event sponsors from solicitation through post-event stewardship.
Ensure sponsors receive all agreed-upon benefits and recognition.
Oversee ticketing, registration, and guest list management.
Lead post-event stewardship, including thank-you communications and feedback collection.
Professional Development & Organizational Support
Engage in ongoing professional development.
Support organizational initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications for Position:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, event fundraising, or a related revenue-generating role, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
Demonstrated success in soliciting and securing sponsorships, donations, or other revenue from corporate and community partners.
Comfort and confidence in conducting outreach, building relationships, and making direct fundraising asks.
Strong relationship-building and stewardship skills, with the ability to engage sponsors, donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders in support of CASA’s mission.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple events, sponsorship pipelines, deadlines, and revenue goals simultaneously.
Self-starter who takes initiative, sets priorities independently, and drives projects forward with accountability for financial outcomes.
Knowledge of fundraising best practices, donor stewardship strategies, and event revenue growth models.
Ability to analyze event performance and fundraising metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
Respect for confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Understanding of and commitment to working competently with diverse populations, children, and families.
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Ability to travel within Adams and Broomfield Counties as needed.

The role is primarily remote, with the possibility of occasional in-office work at CASA of Adams & Broomfield Counties, located at 11860 Pecos Street, Westminster, CO 80234. The ideal candidate will also be willing to travel locally for auction item pick-up as needed.
Reports To: Executive Assistant and Events Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Auction Item Solicitation:
Research and identify potential businesses and donors for auction items.
Craft and deliver solicitation communications, including letters, emails, and phone calls.
Follow up with prospective donors to secure commitments.
Track all solicitations and donations using the designated Google spreadsheet
2. Coordination of Donations:
Arrange and coordinate the pick-up or delivery of auction items from donors.
Maintain detailed records of items received, including descriptions, donor information, and estimated values.
Ensure timely acknowledgment and gratitude are extended to all donors.
3. Logistical Support:
Assist with item organization, cataloging, and preparation for the live and silent auctions.
Collaborate with the events team to create item descriptions, displays, and packages for the gala.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with CASA staff and volunteers to support event preparation.
Attend committee meetings if applicable and provide updates on auction progress.
5. Other Duties as Assigned:
Assist with general event planning tasks as needed, such as sponsorship coordination, guest outreach, and on-site support at the gala.
Minimum Qualifications for Position:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable with outreach efforts and engaging with community partners.
Enthusiasm for CASA’s mission and a desire to contribute to its success.
