Summary
This Direct-Hire position is in the Food and Drug Administration and is located in the Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM), Office of New Animal Drug Evaluation (ONADE) located in Rockville, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Applies chemistry knowledge and experience to the assessment of regulated products to assure their safety and effectiveness.
- Evaluates data and information from a variety of sources to determine the safety and effectiveness of regulated products as well as anticipates ancillary problems, and suggests appropriate courses of action.
- Collaborates with and advises others on chemistry issues related to regulated products, laws, regulations, and policies.
