Responsibilities

• Determines the environmental impact of substances used in animal drugs, devices, and feed/food additives.
• Conducts reviews of environmental data and effects data for chemicals to be considered for approval under new animal drug applications, feed/food additives and other applications.
• Prepares environmental assessments, environmental impact statements and findings of no significant impacts.
