JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Receive ordered materials from central supply; check purchase receipts and invoices; return damaged goods; stock shelves.
Issue materials, supplies, and equipment; receive cash, requisition, or laboratory ticket to conclude transaction.
Advise students and staff on questions regarding inventory in stock.
Maintain compliance with state and institution policies regarding receipt, issuance and inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment; assist in maintenance of equipment records; notify superior when necessary to reorder inventory.
Maintain inventory and ordering records and/or cost records and periodically take physical inventories.
Rearrange stock to accommodate inventory movement; use hand dollies and pallet jacks to move stock and equipment.
Cleans and makes repairs on equipment.
May place price on stock items.
May maintain stockroom and perform custodial duties in stockroom areas.
May mix flammable, toxic, corrosive and/or explosive chemicals, and handle laboratory equipment under technical direction.
May dispose of surplus materials.
May supervise or direct the work of others.
Performs related duties as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES: Candidates will be evaluated based on application materials, including the supplemental questions and personal interview(s), and will be required to demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
High school graduation or equivalent AND six (6) months of full-time experience as a Stockroom Attendant 1 or equivalent.
Valid Washington State Food Handlers card.
Knowledge of inventory, storekeeping methods and records; office practices and procedures; commonly used office appliances; spelling and arithmetic.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull weight up to 50 pounds.

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for duties relating to the identification and recruitment of adult volunteers and youth members. Experience working in a special collections technical services environment

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Experience in highway maintenance, highway or building construction, farming, forestry or landscaping or any other labor intensive work experience that directly involves the skills necessary to operate machinery, small tools, power tools, vehicles or equipment.
Must possess or obtain within six (6) months of hire a Commercial Driver’s License Class A with ‘N’ tanker endorsement. Clark County will incur the cost of sending new hires to a Commercial Driver’s License training school within their probationary period for those that do not have this license when hired. Contribute to road maintenance by performing the following activities:

-Clear culverts and catch basins and unplug pipes using shovels, prybars, rakes or other tools
-Clean culvert or pipe ends.
-Hand place riprap around culvert ends.
-Position new pipes in trenches and act as pipe layer.
-Clean ditches using shovels, heavy equipment, and 5 and 10 yard trucks.
-Remove materials and debris cleared from ditches and culverts.
-Clean and maintain retention, detention, and similar clean water facilities.
Control roadside vegetation by performing the following activities:
-Cut vegetation above and beside the roadway to improve vehicular visibility using chain saws, pole saws, bucket truck, chipper and other tools.
-Use 5 and 10 yard trucks to haul away brush and other debris.
-Seek permission of property owners to trim vegetation encroaching on County right-of-way and impeding visibility.
-Replace, repair and install mailboxes, fences, signs or other fixtures damaged or moved during work performance.
-Perform other work as assigned, as necessary, and as may be required for training or other purposes.

What is a Volunteer Support Specialist?
The Volunteer Support Specialist is responsible for duties relating to the onboarding and retention of volunteers and girl members. Responsible for implementing and assessing comprehensive year-round membership support strategies that increase girl and volunteer membership and enhance retention. Develop, cultivate, and support relationships with service unit and troop volunteers in assigned area to support delivery of Girl Scout programming.
Develop and implement volunteer support plans that align with organizational strategy in volunteer and youth retention, GSLE delivery, service unit development, and volunteer communications, assessment and recognition.
Support troop leadership teams and caregivers in completing renewal of their Girl Scout membership on an annual basis. Communicate that membership registration is a requirement of participation in the Girl Scout program.

What is a Volunteer Support Specialist?
The Volunteer Support Specialist is responsible for duties relating to the onboarding and retention of volunteers and girl members. Responsible for implementing and assessing comprehensive year-round membership support strategies that increase girl and volunteer membership and enhance retention. The Volunteer Support Specialist develops and works closely with teams of service unit volunteers and direct-service volunteers to ensure they have the necessary resources to provide high-quality program experiences to girls. **It is required that this Membership Specialist resides within (or very close proximity to) Metro Denver, Colorado, USA.
Develop, cultivate, and support relationships with service unit and troop volunteers in assigned area to support delivery of Girl Scout programming.
Develop and implement volunteer support plans that align with organizational strategy in volunteer and youth retention, GSLE delivery, service unit development, and volunteer communications, assessment and recognition.
Support troop leadership teams and caregivers in completing renewal of their Girl Scout membership on an annual basis. Communicate that membership registration is a requirement of participation in the Girl Scout program.
Provide ongoing support, supervision, and direction to administrative volunteers in assigned geographic areas by interpreting Girl Scouts of the USA and council policies, standards, and procedures and by directing volunteers to additional support services.
Support service unit development and maintenance through implementation of recruitment and support strategies.
Identifies the need for and provides timely problem solving and conflict resolution support/intervention when appropriate.
Support service units and troops in participation in product programs in coordination with the Product Program team.
Work collaboratively with all Council departments to ensure council program and initiatives are successfully marketed to youth and adult membership.
Ensure volunteers in assigned geographic area receive timely appreciation and recognition for their volunteer efforts.
Provide professional, superior customer service to all internal and external customers, members, volunteers, staff and other community contacts in person, electronically and by phone.
Ensure that diversity and pluralism is embraced and incorporated into the daily work of the position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

What is an On-Call Maintenance Specialist? The Maintenance Specialist Assists in the care and maintenance of assigned property in an on-call and year-round basis.
This role also works with the entire camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. Camp Facility Responsibilities
Assists with property security practices & procedures.
Assists in the care for and maintenance of camp facilities, grounds including roads & fences, property & program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
To help reduce the level of risk, ensures that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and helps prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
Responsible for performing various skilled trade tasks for facility maintenance and construction projects.
Cross Functional Work
Supports care of livestock, providing feeding, and daily chores.
Assists with the delivery of equipment, machinery, luggage, and various materials when needed.
Deliver emergency support during on-site incidents.
Provide and support safe and healthy practices.
In coordination with the camp team, facilitate camper program delivery, check-in & check-out procedures, orientation, and other operational logistics.
Assist with the management of site and program equipment, including storage, care, inventory, and maintenance.
Provide additional support as necessary to facility staff, camp team, kitchen, and housekeeping staff members.
Administration
Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.
Participate in regular staff meetings and training for planning purposes, communication resolutions, and carrying out assignments.
Provide & participate in staff feedback forms as necessary for the camp's overall strategic planning.

What is an On-Call Maintenance Specialist? The Maintenance Specialist Assists in the care and maintenance of assigned property in an on-call and year-round basis.
This role also works with the entire camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. Additionally, this role supports the hospitality, operational, program, health, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. Camp Facility Responsibilities
Assists with property security practices & procedures.

Assistant Photographer General Duties: The Assistant Photographer assists in documenting and editing the camp experience and posting on social media at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position works in collaboration with the Photographer. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, health, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. General Responsibilities
In coordination with the photographer, implement the strategic plan for photography, videography, and social media during the summer season.
Capture quality pictures and videos for summer documentation and year-round marketing usage.

Qualifications Required
At least one cycle of experience (at least 2 years) with statewide data responsibilities. This includes experience with planning, program implementation, and analysis.
Experience working with underrepresented and/or historically marginalized communities, preferably in political or organizing settings. Understanding of how power and privilege can show up in data-both in access to data and the data itself.
Strong sense of ownership and resilience with respect to planning ahead, finding alternative paths when needed, and bouncing back from setbacks and rejections.
Candidates should have an understanding of common direct voter contact programs and experience using data to inform advocacy and electoral plans. Strong VAN or other database skills are required with at least one cycle of experience administering voter contact tools. Standout candidates will have experience with large scale canvass operations.
Must have a minimum of introductory training on SQL; standout candidates will have experience using SQL including a comfort level with SELECT, WHERE, GROUPBY . Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills required including familiarity with common functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX(MATCH)), pivot tables, and charts.
Must be comfortable and able to present data in understandable ways, including visualizations, historical context, and more. Candidates must have a willingness and aptitude to seek out and learn new technical skills.

Compensation

Work with staff and partner groups to ensure that political and voter contact programs are maximizing shared voter file, targeting, and other data resources. This includes supporting staff and partner groups to develop campaign plans. support coalition partners through the development of campaign plans (electoral, redistricting, voting rights, and issue campaigns), providing technical assistance, responding to programmatic requests and participating actively in long-range strategic planning for the Ohio progressive movement. Support, and sometimes lead, the creation and development of written reports and products. Deliver presentations to various stakeholders, sometimes on short notice.
Direct Voter Contact Strategy: Lead AV Ohio's data analysis and coordination efforts, and provide strategic data-driven recommendations to partners on campaign field and targeting. Lead data presentation development. Must be comfortable developing district profiles, landscape memos, slide show presentations, and other documents to communicate data analysis with key stakeholders.

Qualifications Required
At least one cycle of experience (at least 2 years) with statewide data responsibilities. This includes experience with planning, program implementation, and analysis.
Experience working with underrepresented and/or historically marginalized communities, preferably in political or organizing settings. Understanding of how power and privilege can show up in data-both in access to data and the data itself.
Strong sense of ownership and resilience with respect to planning ahead, finding alternative paths when needed, and bouncing back from setbacks and rejections.
Candidates should have an understanding of common direct voter contact programs and experience using data to inform advocacy and electoral plans. Strong VAN or other database skills are required with at least one cycle of experience administering voter contact tools. Standout candidates will have experience with large scale canvass operations.
Must have a minimum of introductory training on SQL; standout candidates will have experience using SQL including a comfort level with SELECT, WHERE, GROUPBY . Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills required including familiarity with common functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX(MATCH)), pivot tables, and charts.
Must be comfortable and able to present data in understandable ways, including visualizations, historical context, and more. Candidates must have a willingness and aptitude to seek out and learn new technical skills.

Compensation
The minimum starting salary for this position is $70,000 with a potential signing and election year bonus, based on performance and the state's election landscape.

3. Works with HVAC Technicians to recommend equipment that is best maintained or repaired through contract. Assists with monitoring contracts to ensure work is performed to standard trade practice and in accordance with purchase order. Works with HVAC Technicians to improve familiarity with utilizing computerized web-based HVAC control programs to monitor temperatures in campus buildings that are connected to the HVAC control system. Assists Technicians with making adjustments as needed via HVAC control system programs to appropriately maintain comfortable temperatures in campus buildings.
