Job Description

Basic Function

Responsible for assisting in all activities of the athletics development/Cowboy Joe Club, development of fundraising programs and collection of gifts.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the solicitation, cultivation, stewardship, and donor relations, including fund drives, for designated areas/counties.
  • Coordinates all game day parking for football and basketball and assists in the priority point allocation for parking.
  • Manages the Seatback Program including coordination of installation and removal. Works with Ticket Office on sales and auditing.
  • Participates in Cowboy Joe Club Board of Directors meetings.
  • Assists in the coordination of all fundraising activities.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of and adheres to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Assists with other duties/projects as assigned/directed.
  • Assists with premium seating

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of college athletic fundraising experience (internships may be included) or relatable experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Higher Education setting
  • 2+ years of Athletic Development Experience
